It's a ferry crossing, so you'll have to understand ahead of time that it's not the most-expedient crossing of an international border; in winter and/or during slow times of the open hours (usually towards their closing hours) you might have to wait 15 minutes for the ferry to even show up. But that's just the nature of the small-town ferry crossing.Other than that, service is great, and prices are probably about right.P.S. Don't be one of the many, who walk into the CBP facility and ask if you pay them to get onboard - they get that 100 times a day, haha! Just park in the lot, and within a reasonable timeframe, the ferry will arrive. You pay onboard the ferry (they may ask to see ID, too). You get inspected for entry to Canada on the other side, though.
