Hawkeye Bird and Animal Control & Falconry Experience Acton

We had a great falconry experience at Hawkeye. We learned a lot about the different birds of prey and we able to view a few different birds as well. Our guide was very knowlegable and you could tell he cared a lot about the birds. We really enjoyed working with the Harris Hawk buckeye. It was such a unique experience I would highly recommend.

The 2 hour experience at Hawkeye with Clarisa was absolutely fantastic! We easily could have done 3 hours with her! She has such a passion and extensive knowledge of these beautiful, majestic birds. Taking a walk with a Harris Hawk in an open field surrounded with trees was something we will never forget. Having one on one time with several several of the other falcons, hawks and owls there was really special too. I treated my husband to this for his birthday/wedding anniversary and he absolutely loved it. We both did! We'll definitely be back for the owl experience!!! Thank you Clarisa and crew from Hawkeye! We will highly recommend this experience to our friends and family!

Bought this for my dad who loves birds of prey. Great experience, the only thing I would suggest and to remind people to bring bug spray or clothes that cover the arms and legs, amazing handler, very informative

This was an amazing experience, our falconer Clarisa was great and very informative. Working with the Harris Hawk was a wonderful experience. Only negative wasI purchased this experience for a birthday and would have liked to know in advance that it was not an experience for 2" as stated on the website.All in all we enjoyed our experience and would definitely do this again.Thanks Hawkeye!Update: Dan the owner

An absolute amazing experience. Brought for my boyfriend as a bday gift and only tagged along since we were coming from our of town. I ended up having so much more fun than I thought I would! It was VERY informative and we learned so much. Flying Hillary was definitely the highlight for the both of us!!

We loved our falconry experience at Hawkeye! Rebecca was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic, and she spent a lot of time answering our questions. She timed everything perfectly so that we could still fly the hawk despite the rainy day, as well as seeing and learning about the other birds. We would definitely recommend this experience.

We had an awesome experience. Our Falconer was Clarisa and she showed us all the birds they had there. She explained about each one and what each hunted . Then she brought our two birds for us to see close up. The best part was when were were able to fly the bird. She put a little bit of meat on our glove the the bird landed right on our hand It was fantastic.I would highly recommend this.

We had a fantastic experience. Rebecca gave us a thorough introduction to the birds and Hawkeye. She answered our many questions with enthusiasm and well-founded information. It was a thrill to ‘fly’ Hoot, the Great Grey Owl on a lovely sunny, snowy day.

Amazing, amazing, amazing! My mother and I went for an owl experience today and our guide was amazingly informative (I’m horrible with names!). It was his first day on his own and he answered every single question from information on individual birds to laws and history regarding falconry. He was incredibly patient and helped my photographer mother get some great pictures. The facilities are beautiful and all the birds are calm and relaxed in the setting and being handled. The animals and the passion our guide had for them has me now wanting my falconry licence. We will most definitely be back to do the 3 hour falcon tour and to see the owls again once it gets cooler.
