Boathouse

Very nice staff! When I entered I was immediatly greeted by the nice woman behind the till and every staff member I came across asked me if I needed helped, I was personally helped by a tall brunette lady who was running back and forth to grab shoes for me, she helped me for at least 15 minutes, even if they didn't have my size in a style I wanted she would bring out other options as well wether it was the same shoe but a different colour or a similar style. The staff here are very nice and know how to work well in customer service! I'm definetly shopping here again

Honestly, this place doesn’t deserve one star.. I’ve never met such incredibly rude staff at a retail store ever before. I had chosen a display last slides from them and there’s 20% off as it’s the last pair ( a sale that’s going on ) & the girl was going to full charge me until I had to stop her and tell her, once I had told her the two of them came to check my order out and they were mocking the fact that I had 20% off out loud in front of me and I couldn’t believe it. They were laughing about it saying wow big deal 20% off etc,, will never be coming back to get treated like that not with those two girls who demonstrated no respect and a lack of common decency

Hard to find someone to help. I wanted to purchase a pair of Vans for myself on my bday, needed to try a different size but couldn’t get help. Stood in the shoe corner for 10 minutes for sure before I gave up and went to the next store. I wasn’t acknowledged at any point while I was in the store.

They dont even deserve one starBetter to change staff coz one the tallest boy in evening was copying my style of standing even making fun with chinese girl…. So we liked the clothes very much but we didnt buy…

In all my years I have never EVER met anyone whom is down right as rude as Dierdre and Connor are.I came into boathouse looking for a gift for my niece, she wanted a collage sweatshirt. When I walked in the first thing I noticed was the MESS, boxes on the floor I’m assuming filled with stock. Clothing over shoved onto every rack in the store. I went right up to the area filled with the collage sweatshirts and 2 employees gave me the most dirtiest looks. Customers should be allowed to go up to merchandise! For the rest of my time in the store all I could hear was Dierdre and Conner bashing other employees. And talking rudely about customers, WHO WERE STILL IN THE STORE. I can not believe that these 2 people are the ones running this ship I’m surprised it hasn’t crash, burned, and sunk. I ended up leaving without buying anything.I used to come to this boathouse quite frequently but it seems that every time I come in there is a whole new team working. The turn over rate for employees must be insane. That is not a good sign if a company can’t get its employees to stay around longer than a few months!

Very bad personal, they take us out of the shop because we are teenager. And we were not doing nothing wrong

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Insanely disrespectful staff. There were a few girls that I have come across at this store that do their job properly, however after dealing with Connor and Dierdre I have made up my mind that I will not be coming back. Dierdre was extremely rude to me when I had called to inquire about my online order. She yelled at me and acted like I am not worth her time. I witnessed Connor talking disrespectfully about another customer, and even going as far as to make inappropriate comments on her appearance. I walked past him and I could smell his body odour. I have heard Dierdre yelling at her employees on multiple occassions. She has no respect for customers or employees.

Had the best experience today at your Willowbrook location after a terrible experience at your competitors (said they had what I wanted, then they didn't, and were extremely rude). The lovely woman that helped me was fast, efficient and friendly and the cashier that helped me was fantastic and went above and beyond! Will 100% shop again.

Okay so first off, let me set the record straight. Boathouse the store is a mess. However, boathouse the experience is downright, well, spiritual! I slide under the shutter doors, mere seconds before closing to the absolute chagrin of the employees. If you ask me, their looks of disgust skewed more to looks of awe but I digress. Can you believe they had the audacity to ask me leave? I made it into the store in time so by law I can complete my order, I looked it up. One star off for that.But my beanie looks tight (fashionally not physically) so 4 starz

Your employees are leaning against the merchandise stands talking away while I’m standing waiting for them to open a fitting room so I can try on a couple items. I had to go take the cashier away from her station to allow me to go into the fitting room. Needless to say, I wasn’t pleased and did not make a purchase. I know kids want nothing to do than get high on the weekend and go to the beach but if you’re on company time, at least share the responsibility of maintaining the store as a team.
