Friendly staff, knowledgeable on fabrics. Picked out some fabric to make a blouse, good selection and convenient location. The only thing about the store is a little overwhelming and crowded.

Never experienced such a rude behavior from any shop...the front lady is so rude...poor client service..Even they don't know how to behave with customers..they should rated below 0 actually...hate their service as well as their products

Based on my experience I had a very positive interaction with the owner. I was scrambling last minute to get a suit altered (bought from another city). I explained to her what I was looking for and she went out of her way to help me figure out different options to fix my suit.She was very helpful and kind even though I didn’t even buy clothing from her. She gave me names of a few different seamstresses in the city I can contact who could fix it! It felt really nice that she took the time to help even though I didn’t buy anything there. when I need clothing or fabric next time, I will definitely consider her store as a top choice!

Theres this old lady working at store , asked her i want to see sharara , she said what date are you wearing on , i was like its not finalized yet , she was soo rude , she didn’t even say hello when I entered, i dont know what people think of themselves? I mean if i dont have a final date of occasion i cant see your store ? Is this the service you provide ? GUYS DONT GO AT THIS STORE

I'm not sure about the negative reviews on here but this place was good to me. Great service, tailoring was quick and lots of selection for any event. As for not saying hello upon arrival, I think that totally depends on what the owner is occupied with. I've been here multiple times and a few times it was due to stocking etc. But I pay no mind as she says hello as soon as she notices. Definitely would recommend a visit. Latest trends and loose fabric are both available. I wouldn't recommend for shoes or accessories.
