Standard Ardene's usually the staff are chatting and you have to get their attention.

Service wasn't great, sizing options only go to a size large. And the cheap swimsuits I bought were more money than I would have liked to spend. But I wanted cheap, so I guess you sorta get what you buy.

Store was full of customers. Two women working, too busy talking to each other. I walked around with my hands full of things to try on. They did not check in on me once after. Too bad the staff was more concerned about their conversation rather than the customers.

They dont have alot of sizes that fit plus sized women

Love their fashion however, they need larger sizes

They have really nice clothes and the people there are very kind☺️

Most of time I come in I feel so unwelcomed to shop. There no “may I help you?” Or even simples “hello”. But There only person who does above and beyond every she in the store she always greets me

would really help if you either listed the hours of operation on your websites, or at the very least had phone numbers that are actually in use... seriously?

Oh dear, what a disappointing experience we observed at this location. There were two employees in the store, one manager and one other.While I understand that Covid has meant that the store needs to implement new rules, it is not the managers responsibility to interrogate customers. The store has a two person per household rule, that is fine, however when I heard the manager accusing a customer of “breaking government rules” as they spoke to another customer (both in separate groups of two)I had enough. We put down our purchases and refused to support this store with our business.The manager (I wish I saw her name) personally attacked a customer. There were other ways that she could have spoken to the customer, that would have been polite and professional. Again, it is not her responsibility to make sure that customers are not speaking to each other.ARDENE - can you speak to this?
