Restorex Disaster Restoration

Maybe if your going to promote your business on vehicles your drivers should abide by the rules of the road. This driver doesn't abide by 30km/h in PLAYGROUND zones!!

When we had a city sewage back up in our basement a month ago Restorex was here within an hour of our call. That night a clean up crew stayed until 1am getting the initial clean up started. The assessment was done the next day on a Saturday and the clean out crew was at our home by Tuesday and worked all week as it was a full clean out. They communicated everything they were doing and removing. They left our home gutted, cleaned and sanitized. Marty took all our calls with any concerns. His crew of guys were very professional and made such a stressful situation so much better for us. I would highly recommend Restorex.

The Regina crew is great to deal with. Always quick to attend my large messes even in the wee hours of the morning!

I could not have asked for a better outcome. The team they sent to deal with each aspect of the job was amazing. Pam was outstanding always kept us in the loop and handeled any situation that arose. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Restorex for their outstanding service!

We had a fire early Sunday morning, after the fire dept left I called Restorex. They were at my home in just a little over an hour to clean up the water, remove the debris and and set up their equipment to clean the air and remove the humidity. They were there at the crucial time, were very helpful and positive and are guiding us through the rest of the process. Received the best service at the time we really needed it.

I will forever be greatful for how amazing the staff at restorex were with us during the most stressful few weeks we have ever had as home owners. The ladies came in and packed my business products in an accessible way and clearly labeled. The guys the came in and hauled everything out and did the demo. I can't even say how great they were and how kind they were. They answered any questions we had. They were friendly and they worked so hard. With all of the flooding those guys were working long days and still managed to be kind. I definitely highly recommend them!!!

The Worst Restoration Company, don't use them they are a big scammers, they took my money, left a big mess and did extra job with out my approval, and the house it is still stinking as before, now is even worst because they ripped the close and floors, remove the furnace with out permission. And charge for Bios weep treatment that did not work or probably they even did it and charge for it. Dont waste your money and use some one else.

I am looking at all the 5 stars Restorex received, and i wonder if i am just one of the few unlucky ones.The initial response was quick and with only a few small issues. The problem started when the quote for repair was submitted to the insurance. I asked to see the quote before they submit, but i was ignored like a stop sign. The quote went in and a lot of time was wasted with me having to negotiate with the insurance the adjustments on the quote.During the initial conversation around when the repair will start, i was made very clear of the point that i cannot be trusted with handing them the insurance check after the repair. That stung a bit, but hey, new era right. I was also let know in no few words that if i do not do as they say regarding moving into a hotel for the repair period, i can find another contractor.Then the repair started and i was initially very impressed with the setup, time to repair and how they treated my house. The problem came when the inspection was done. Damage that was created during the cleanup, and me being told it will be repaired, was done very poorly. A broken piece of wood is not repaired when you glue it in place. I do believe it was done that way as it is out of sight......What the eye do not see wont hurt the heart right. I reported the bad fix and expected Restorex to do the right thing, however, i was overruled, by a consensus between three of their employees, on their side. A few other items identified during the inspection to be fixed to an acceptable standard was also done half hearted.I wrote a little piece on the sign off document and handed them their check. It seems i am the one that can be trusted, and they are the ones with a dodgy integrity.I am having someone come in and repair the items and i will pay for the fixes, out of my pocket, as my integrity wont allow me to sell this place to someone when i know repairs were done sub par.Will i recommend this company to anyone, ................ Restorex was nothing short of amazing! We had our basement flood a week before Christmas and also the same weekend as we had our first baby, so to say we were stressed is an understatement. We called them at 1am and they were at our house in what felt like 5 minutes to pump out the water. They took all of our belongings to clean and sanitize and the items that we got back were returned in even better condition then we had them in. They allowed us to store our stuff with them until our basement was fixed and that was another huge weight lifted knowing our stuff was in good hands. They were always accommodating, they dealt directly with our insurance company and everyone we talked to directly/indirectly were super understanding and very friendly! Will be recommending you guys to anyone who needs it!

I had a sewage backup and called Restorex. Very honest and good communication. Saved me a lot of money and time by offering good advice as a homeowner. They did not overcharge or recommend a service that wasn't needed. I would recommend to anyone who needs a reliable company.
