Budget Blinds of Northeast Edmonton

We have used Budget Blinds in our last two homes, and recommend them to anyone that we know who needs blinds! They are responsive, helpful when making selections, and the cost is very reasonable. We have dealt with Craig each time we have needed blinds, and he has been great! The quality of the blinds (we mostly have faux-wood blinds and one cellular blind) is excellent - never an issue. They arrive on time for installation, and it is a super quick process. Definitely recommended!

We had blinds and UV reduction film installed by Craig last year. We couldn't be happier with his professionalism, helpfulness and knowledge.All the products are great quality while being priced affordably which fit our budget. They are exactly as described and functioning extremely well protecting our furniture and artwork. The black out blinds are terrific. I intend to order more blinds and UV film for the rest of our house as we update and renovate.The manufacturer was extremely slow to replace a blind that came in the wrong color. They seemed to have similar issues as most companies getting their supplies during the pandemic aftermath. It finally arrived a a couple months later and we're very pleased. We certainly don't fault Craig for this delay.Picture is of a blind that blocks some UV while allowing us to enjoy our view at the same time during the day. It gives us some privacy at night which is terrific.

Exceptional service! Craig is awesome and provides valuable advice on appropriate window coverings. Phone calls are always returned promptly. Installation is always perfect. I only go to NE Budget Blinds for window coverings.

Poor quality product. Our power blinds failed and all received was promises of support. Never again will we use Budget Blinds, a hard expensive lesson!2nd comment:Apparently then you must have forgot our conversation last fall when you said you would order a new blind and would install it in the Spring of this year.As I said it's very difficult to do business with a firm that make commitments and doesn't follow through. This is not the first time I had to make multiple calls to you and your office to resolve product issues.This last time, enough was enough!
