Beautiful designs and fantastic customer service! They were easy to deal with, very communicative and just a joy all around.I was sending a gift from long distance, and everyone on the staff went above and beyond to ensure it got there on time and with my specific requests (eg. Cat friendly). They called ahead to ensure someone was home before dropping it off, sent me a pic so I knew what it looked like, and called to let me know it was successfully delivered. I feel so well taken care of as a paying customer, and the birthday girl is thrilled with the gift. I'll be using this florist going forward, and you should, too!

I previously ran a flower store in Toronto and personally created thousands of bouquets that I will (only now) consider to have all been garbage in comparison. My birthday bouquet delivered and created by Splash, not only made a splash but blew all others out of the water! I couldn’t believe the attention to detail and quality of each stem. I was so impressed by the level of service from the team, they called and kept me informed of when they would be delivering, so the bouquet didn’t sit out in the cold. If I could give them more stars, I absolutely would.

I don’t live near Midland, and trust that when I send flowers to my mom that they will be perfect. I’ve ordered from Splash a few times now, and have tried other shops in Midland as well. We had a poor experience with another florist last year, and from that moment I decided I would never order from anyone else but Splash from now on! Their team is courteous, they are super accommodating, and the arrangements have blown my mom away each time! Thanks to Splash for bringing a smile to my moms face each time you deliver such beauty! ❤️

Spectacular! Was the word I used when the delivery arrived. I received a floral arrangement from my grandsons for a recent milestone birthday. The colours & choices created such a WOW effect. Delighted!
