Before working with Nancy, I was just starting to experience some momentum in my business, but felt overwhelmed with where to focus. I had a lot of ideas and was having a hard time prioritizing things so I could actually see results.Nancy provided me the space in our coaching sessions to articulate where I was, where I wanted to go, and what specific action I had to take to get there. She was able to help me uncover what my true north in my business was and led me to follow it. I left each session with a specific plan of what I’d do afterward, and that really kept me on track. She is skilled at noticing what you’re really saying underneath it all and mirroring back to you so you can deeply reflect on what you’ve said.After working together, I had a lot more clarity on the action I needed to take to feel in control of my business.
