Have not heard good things about them

Winterization was performed on our boat at the end of October. I called a week later to confirm it had been done and check on the invoice. I was told they were behind on their billing so I would receive it in a few weeks.The first week of January I emailed and inquired about the invoice that had never been received. I received an invoice the next day for the service.. There was a note on the invoice that was dated October 27th that the batteries were almost dead and they could discharge over the winter leading to damage to the bilges so we were asked to advise them of a course of action. I tried to contact them immediately via phone and email but no response. I paid the invoice and emailed the accountant about the batteries. She responded the next day that she had passed on the message to the owner. I have tried calling repeatedly and have emailed as well. The business phone is off the hook with no option to talk to someone or leave a message, you just get the message on your phone that the call failed, the line is busy. If there is damage to any part of our boat from their poor business practices we will follow up to the fullest extent of the law. Ensure the boat is is in the same shape we dropped it off and the battery issue has been taken care of and I will edit this review accordingly. Worst business practice I have ever seen. Please remedy this ASAP.

Rob and his team have done winterizing and launch for our boat every season since we've been at OHM, as well as taking on several repairs and helping out when we had an urgent problem. They are reliable, knowledgeable and direct.... and if they can't do what I need, they'll tell me who I should contact... which is why I always go to Rob first, and probably why you have to be patient because they are ALWAYS busy.

Mr. Mcwatters, your tarp city Has not been untied since may. Not sure what you call a season.

exceptionally competent and knowledgeable, trustworthy and honest. Good honest folks who maintain a smile and good humour while servicing an industry with a difficult clientelle .

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff

Cost me the full boating season this year. Doubled the bill when I dropped off boat and motor. Doubled the bill when I pulled the job from his site when he finally told me as he could not fix issue. Promises not keep, disgusting experience. He does not care. Do not do business here. UPDATE He billed me for oil and guess what no oil in the engine 4 witnesses and this is just a small thing I could go on and on.

Excellent service, very qualified staff!

I have worked at the same marina as these guys for years. What I can say is that in my experience they are honest, straightforward, and knowledgeable. Always happy to help with advice, share their knowledge.
