H&R Block

I was new to this office as the gent who did my returns last year was working in an out-of-town location. My preparer, Frank, was professional, knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions clearly, as well as provide advice. He was also willing to help out some stressed out folks who came in hoping to get their refund but who did not realize their preparer wasn't working that day. He squeezed them in and got them on their way. Couldn't be happier and I will be back again next year.

AVOID!!Our HR advisor was late to our appointment by 20 minutes then did a very poor job answering our questions. I'm not sure she even knew what she was doing! I caught a mistake she made and she had to start the paperwork all over. It seemed like she was either half-asleep or confused about how to do her job. I will never go back here.

If you go here see Andrea. She was so helpful. She explained everything to me so well, and also gave me a ton of tips for the future and really took her time to teach me.

It was not a good experience. It took approximately 4 + hours for my information to get entered. After everything was inputted i was told i owed $1500 to the government. Went home and recieved a call from H&R block and was informed the coworker of the women doing my taxes went over everything and I in fact had a return of $1100 (thank goodness). Today I called asking if my refund would be automatic once their service fees were paid; and now I'm being told they made a mistake and I'm not getting the refund and its going towards my student loan debt. I understand that that's what needs to happen but I feel very uneasy and frustrated that I have been told three different things.. I am frustrated with the mistakes made in the beginning where I was told I owed $1500 (if my taxes weren't redone I would have paid this amount ..) and now I'm frustrated that I wasnt informed i wouldnt be getting my money back in the form i have been expecting for over a week now...

Terrible experience! they were not professional or polite. delayed my paperwork for 2 weeks even after I had called in and told them to proceed. They were not full disclosure. When I called back to ask why they didn't disclose , they said it wasn't their job. Rhonda had nothing but attitude on the call and wasn't helpful at all. I have dealt with other H&R blocks in the past and they were great. This location is just terrible. Go anywhere else.

Long time customer of H&R Block, first time at this location. Everything was as I expected clean, bright, excellent customer service, knowledgable tax pros. Highly recommended this location.

Polit and kind front desk lady (Kati) and Frank Simonelli is highly recommended and helpful for tax return consultation.

Had a 4pm appointment booked. At 415 hearing 3 staff chatting simply asked why we booked appointment and snarky remarks back. I wont be returning to this branch.
