Very poor unprofessional inefficient service.A $75 Christmas arrangement had additional $12.00 handing fee , another $12.00 delivery fee. And the asian fellow behind the counter wanted an additional $15.00 for a Teleflora order because as shown" on the catalog was NOT as shown. The delivering Florist" Victoria something" in Selkirk

I do not recommend their service. Poorest customer service, irresponsible, not knowing the concept of remotely sending flowers and they are dishonest with client.I ordered the deluxe Dance With Me Bouquet With Red Roses" from the "Canada day" menu to congratulate a special one for their first Canada day.I called and spoke with Linda and she confirmed they have the red roses. I ordered on the phone and paid 102$ for this and they delivered with tiny pink roses instead of red roses!When I called to complain

I was looking for a florist in the coquitlam area today to make a delivery for us to a friend's place. I found these guys online and everything was taken care of over the phone, including a personalized note. They emailed me a receipt right away and texted me a photo of the flowers and it was delivered on time. The flowers were beautiful. I am very happy with the service and would totally order with them again in the future.

Beautiful flowers and timely delivery. They call the recipient's phone number ahead of time to make sure the person is home. If you want a surprise, you may want to note that in the delivery instructions not to call. But they need to confirm that someone is able to receive the flowers.

Excellent customer service! Daniel the floral designer was very helpful and accommodating. He answered all my questions and request on a certain funeral floral arrangement. Unfortunately I had to cancel for some reason and he refunded promptly.

Ordered some flowers with delivery and they did a great job. They delivered the same day and also called to ensure that they can make a substitution to a bouquet. The bouquet they delivered was carefully crafted and was appropriate for the cause. Highly recommend them!

Outstanding service ... Eric put together the most beautiful bouquet of fresh flowers, based on the colours and flowers we discussed, and had it delivered within 2 hours. This is the first time we've used Maple Florist, and we definitely will use them again.
