I had a bungalow Grafton B model built for me by Quality Homes. The customer service during the planning and building stages was good. I had a few minor things that needed to be repaired, which I think is normal with new builds, and they were done in a timely fashion. However, I have had constant issues with my counter tops. The initial kitchen island counter top that was installed had two small chips in it. It was later replaced with another counter top that was very obviously banana shaped. They noticed that during install but said give it time to see if it flattened out. It did not and they replaced it with a good one. About 8 months after moving in, I noticed the corner counter top joint for my main kitchen counter had bubbled up. It is clear that the sealant at this joint was poorly done. This was pointed out to the Quality Homes Warranty Service Manager who came to my house in December to make repair on something else. The manager told me to leave it with him and he would get back to me. After not hearing anything back for 4 1/2 weeks, I emailed the manager for an update and did not receive a response for 5 days so I sent another email asking for an update. 3 days after that the manager responded by saying unfortunately it was determined not to be a warrantable item as the defect would have been needed to be list at the time of PDI". I didnt list it at that time because the counter top had not bubbled at that time. I do not understand how Quality Homes can stand by the quality of their products

Went to see the show homes in Barrie and Kenilworth. Overall they sell a decent product but I noticed a discrepancy between their plans and their actual offerings. When spending this much money, caveat emptor definitely applies. This is especially true with what is basic" and what is "upgrade". Their show homes are nice

Loved the house when we first moved in till spring foundation started to leak on going issue still and now they say your warranty is up and tell you to call a foundation company a 3 year old house should not be leaking threw foundation in several different spots . Call to speak to some one at kenilworth location leave a voice mail no replays from them. Terrible place.would never recommend this company. Very disapointed

Fantastic model homes on site makes for easy choosing of a home.Pricing very reasonable.Availibility not that great.

We have a door that constantly leaks 3.5 years in, the first time it leaked(2018) the woman we delt with was unbelivably rude claimed it was our fault, the water damage to the wall and trim is terrible. So when they sent a crew out to fix the other issues with the house (2019) I had him look at the door, he told me the door was installed wrong by them. Nothing has been done since to actually fix this door. Needless to say, I would use quality homes again.

We chose QEH for our new cottage having lost the original in a fire. We selected a model and the staff helped us augment the plan to work within our site specifications and budget. Our new spectacular cottage arrived 2 wks early and was finished on schedule. We were very happy with the quality of the build and the team’s ability to adapt to the unique challenges our property presented.There are many decisions to be made early when building a modular home. Purchasers should take the time to understand the options and work closely with their design consultants to ensure the home meets their needs. It is difficult to make design changes once in production. Do your homework and be prepared. We could not be more pleased with the end result. Thanks QEH.

We bought our lot in May of 2019 and contacted Quality Homes to build us our dream home. We are more than happy with the service we received. It's a beautiful home and we have received many compliments on it. We have installed railings on our porch to finish it off!
