One of my worst experiences with a retail store and I used to manage them.The lady working there gave me the wrong part. I needed a wrench for removing the winter cap on a jet. She sold me a hub piece from a solar cover reel. When she tried to ring it up she couldn’t find it in her inventory so she made up a price. ($25 for a small part).I get home and open the bag to discover it is the wrong piece and won’t work. So I go back to return it on my next trip in. She says no returns or exchanges because I opened the plastic bag. The was no way to know what she gave me was the wrong part without opening the bag.I’m supposed to just absorb the cost of what she incorrectly told me to buy. She is rude and belligerent. No attempts to make things right. Instead she escalates the situation. By telling me she won’t test our water. I ended up giving her the useless part and walking out.Dishonest, doesn’t know her products and outright rude. Drive elsewhere.

Great service and honest prices. These guys are the best. James and his team are very easy to work with and they are committed to helping you when questions asked. The lady who does my water test is also the best. She is kind and honest. Great Job!!!Highly recommend
