Precise ParkLink - Yonge and Eglinton Centre

They overcharged my parking saying that I had to pay both the day rate and evening rate because I parked for two hours in between those times. They were rude and unprofessional. The parking turned out to be almost $40. There was no signs anywhere saying the prices. I feel taken advantage of.

They are thiefs

This is a total scam. I went to this mall for several stores. I stayed for 2 hours. The security validated me one hour for Metro and told me I will have to press the assistance button to pay the remaining and explain them my situation. The lady said I have to pay the whole length of my parking since I did not leave within one hour that Metro gave me. This just doesn’t make sense, I expressed that I did not know since on the board of the parking information did not specify. The lady insisted that I have to pay for it even they did not let customers know in advance. I had to pay 23 dollars for 2 hours.

Bad experience today with parking lot yonge Eglinton 2300, I just parked my car for metro grocery center I came right after 20 minutes and they charged me 10 dollar. But they listed the rate their and 1 hour parking free or board but they charged me 10 dollar for 20 minutes.

Terrible, terrible company. Told representative to s*** a c*** since I was really annoyed haha. Went to GoodLife, lost the ticket and apparently that’s $34. What? Where did they come up with that amount? Chargeback indeed, thank you so much Amex. Rep’s response was “I really don’t care”. LOL. STAY AWAY!

I called them for monthly parking several time for a week, but no one answered. I cannot imagine they have call agents or representatives. I was so frustrated. I filled out my info in their monthly parking registration online page but I've got an email that my registration has been disapproved. At least, I think, they should give me the reason. For a week, I spent my time and energy so much to call, email and find their web page and I paid a lot more for park my car whole day and night for a few days to find alternative way to park.

The road was under construction so it takes forever to figure cineplex parking through maps.

Precise parking has to be one of the worse companies have ever dealt with. Poor customer service plus insanely long wait time. Totally brain damaging dealing with this company.

Very dishonest company since several months! This is the 2nd I have the feeling of being fooled. I go regularly to this commercial center for medical reasons and shop at the same time in the supermarket Metro. According to their said policy, if you shop in Metro. One hour of parking will be free, so I go to the reception center in front of the metro and ask the lady to validate my ticket, she instead of validating the ticket in machine writes in hand ´ one hour free ´ and with the signature of her name. And tells me to go to the parking level to ask her college to validate it, I told her there is nobody in the office according to my experience of last time, she told me to push the green bouton on the machine. I told her that was what I did last time, but it was just a phone call and nobody can come, since I was in my car, the other cars came after me and créât a long waiting line, the person on the phone said she can do nothing for me and finally I paid about 20$ without this one hour free. But the lady said this time there will be somebody there. Since I have timing constraints I went to parking floor, no doute, as last time the officer is lighting but nobody, due to last time’s bad experience this time I haven’t brought my car immediately but just push the green bouton for trying to get help, but the guy told me he can’t come, he began to ask me the 3 numbers on the ticket that it is confused, since there isn’t these 3 numbers, I asked him if it is the number on the receipt of Metro, he can’t answer it clearly, at this time other cars came so I can’t stay here long, then he began to ask my plate number, I told him I wasn’t with my car, he then asked me to bring my car there, if not he can’t help me. I did what he said and pushed the green bouton again, I gave him my plate number( already very overwhelmed , just pay the parking ticket why he ask this information? ) then he began to ask my name. My phone number… I asked him why he needs those information, he began to say if I make a mistake, bla-bla-bla! Apparently he doesn’t want to give me this one hour free parking, I have ticket et receipt of metro, these are enough for getting a deduction of one hour, isn’t it? Why my plate, my name and my phone? And said my mistake? As usual, other cars arrive, his trick made me angry, I shouted at him and paid the ticket without asking this one hour free. Strangely this time I paid only 4.5$. Money is important for everyone, but please make it in an honest way! If you don’t want to give this one hour free parking, just say it clearly! Don’t do it in this dishonest way!
