Lauren over in service at boundary ford answered all my questions I had. Even when she didn’t know the answer she got back to me in a timely matter. I brought in my vehicle as it was making noises and the service advisors were all happy to help and and had such positive attitude just making me happy to be there. They handed keys directly to me and had my vehicle parked right out front. it was honestly perfect, couldn’t have asked for more. It was great service and I highly recommend Boundary Ford for service needs.

I have just purchased a new Ford from Boundary Ford. Sight unseen and delivered to me over 4 hours away. All of the staff but more importantly Cass and Corey were both amazing. Answering questions at most hours and treating me like I was family. I would 100% buy from these 2 again. Frankly better prices than the big centers as well.

Had an emergency situation and got stuck in Canada on our way to Alaska. Received a ton of help and support from Sean and Cass on the sales team. Got us hooked up with a new vehicle and got our broken one in for repair. Amazing people, and easily the best dealership I’ve dealt with. Highly recommend!

Over a month of ownership of the vehicle I purchased out of province from Boundary Ford and they were nothing short of fantastic during the entire process.A special mention to Cassandra who went above and beyond providing everything possible that I could've even thought of requesting during the entire process. Corey & Josh also are worth mentioning as they aided this process being as smooth as it could've been.Would not hesitate to refer family and friends here.

These guys tried forcing my friend to finance a vehicle, when he just wants to pay cash. That’s just super untrustworthy and ridiculous of them to demand that. Never experienced this kind of terrible service anywhere. If you wanna go here for good service - save yourself the trouble - you’ll get better service begging on the side of street. They are thieves that want to make money from the banks and the customers and saying “Finance for 7 months and pay it off”, and refuse to do business otherwise.

Just purchased a brand new Ford Ranger from Boundary Ford. Great people. A huge shout out to our Sales Lady Jessica. Amazing lady, knowledgeable, was able to answer all our questions. Would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a vehicle. Just ask for Jessica you won’t be disappointed.

Travelled out of province to Boundary for an Explorer and Cassandra was extremely helpful. She worked great via long distance, was quick to respond, and helped make the pick up speedy with my young children. Highly recommend!

I recently purchased a new to me truck at Boundary Ford and Cassandra and Corey were so good to deal with.They were easy to talk to, answered all of my questions and never made me feel like I was just a sales target or another body. I felt heard and well taken care of by the end of my experience.I will definitely be buying my next Ford there!
