This location doesn’t even deserve 1 star.Staff is very rude. I always have to wait for placing my order. They are not friendly. Although staff working here is Indian but they don’t like to serve Indian people. Please teach them to treat everyone same.

Slow service, they are only focused on the drive through. Inside customers have to wait in line for them, 5 people in line...not acceptable.

Miserable female employee who made my breakfast meal just placed the bag on the counter and walked away. Didn't even say anything. I had to ask someone who's order it was. Tim Hortons service has gone down the drain.Also, one time I was buying coffee and I pointed out flies inside the donut display case, landing on the food. The employee just shrugged his shoulders. Haven't bought donuts from Tim's since then.

I go to this location often and have been hesitant to leave a review, but this location is just not that great. Customer Service skills are nonexistent. Fifty percent of the time my order is wrong. They apparently only carry white bread. The drive thru service is awful, with the staff pretty much sounding miserable.In all honesty, if you are just looking for a coffee or muffin, drive the extra 100 meters and go to Mcdonalds.

Worst location ever . Staff is very unprofessional, rude and make face whenever placing order . Like they don’t want to do their job . Specially ladies over there . “ Racism “ . Want the manager to really teach their staff how to work .

Good location. Huge parking lot.probably one of the biggest parking lot for tims.Social distancing followed too. handicap parking right in front of the restaurant.this place is neat most of the time. customer used to be good but now you have to look around gor attendant.welcoming part is zero from ages. i don't understand for walkin people why they run away from them why not attend them right away. i never see person running to attend customers they are busy in their own world

No issues at the order speaker,but the window person insisted I wasn’t charged the ten cents I should have been charged for the cup of water I asked for back at the speaker. They never offer or give a receipt so who knows. Keep in mind I paid over $20 for my order but yes they insisted on charging ten cents for the water… to the point that he wanted me to use my credit card again to cover it. Who cares, it’s ten cents, but it should have been charged because I asked for it as part of my order. And it’s ridiculous considering the merchant fee I know you pay for me to tap my premium credit card. Went to Tim’s on Pembina @ Grant today and guess what? 0.00 showed up on the screen for a cup of water. Tim’s needs to set the standard, not the franchise owners. Staff are also very rude and dismissive. It’s not personal if you forgot something just ask clarifying questions and fix it. They take it personally and argue with you. You just want to drive away with the wrong items and deal with it yourself because you’re holding up a line and they’re not listening anyway. I’ve never experienced such bad customer service in the city so consistently. I’d love to say it’s a one off but after 3 or 4 issues in just a couple months I’d say the management isn’t addressing concerns or training their staff on customer service skills

I go to this Tim’s almost every day and not once have they been nice to customers, got my order right or haven’t burnt my bagel. step ur game up tims
