The place is clean and you can almost always find a free wash bay. It's more expensive compare to other locations I have been.

Best customer service ever. We visited yesterday and after I lost money in the change machine, I contacted the provided phone number and received a response within minutes from owner/manager Stuart McNeely. He reimbursed my money plus a little extra to ensure we come back. We will for sure. Can't recommend Orillia's UltraWash Self Service on Laclie Street highly enough!

Great carwash! Wash hose pressure is so powerful your arm will be tired. Accepts loonies, toonies and wash tokens. I took my time and washed my truck very detailed for $7. I used $2 on the vacuums. Vacuums I would say are slightly under powered. I'll try a different vaccum next visit.
