My first bad experience was when I ordered a 24inch gold necklace waited a week to pick it up only to measure it and it was 23 inches. Now at the price of gold 1inch isn't a 5$ difference. They never did anything about it and I was charged the price of 24 inches.On a more recent transaction I brought in a gold anklet that I wanted to extend a couple of inches. They said IT COULD BE DONE. 2 weeks later when I went to retrieve my anklet the story changed and now all of the sudden they couldn't add gold. Claiming the anklet was to fragile. Yeah sure! THANKS real professional! I'm getting the anklet extended like I wanted by a jeweler in laval.

My wife had her diamond ring repaired at this jeweler. We only noticed weeks later that it was not sparkling like before. It had been replaced with a cubic zirconia. Several calls and conversations but no recompense. They said it was the stone we had with us. We live in California so it was hard to take to court. Don't back down!
