Rented a bunch of equipment for the patio work. Great competitive prices and amazing customer service! Kevin gave a few tips on how how to do the patio also. I wasn't sure if the mini excavator would fit in the backyard so Kevin personally dropped by with it to take a look. Highly recommended, wouldn't go to any other place next time!

Had a large patio project. Kevin was very flexible and prices easily beat other common rental locations. Equipment is in great shape (brand new in one case) and some equipment was unattainable from any other rental store. I'll definitely rent from Nuview again.

This is the only rental company that I have ever seen that it asked customer to wash and clean the machine before returning it back. I have been renting with all other companies in Ottawa and this is first time I have experienced this. I was told if it is not clean, I will be charged $65 for them to clean it up. Be careful with the contract you sign, it may show up there. Also, I rented one of the machine, they dropped it off late in the day, and I found it is not quite helpful and asked them to pick it back the next morning and changed another machine for me, but I was still charged full day for that machine. The return time is really ridiculous, they dropped it off 10am in the morning, and I was asked to return it next day 6am in the morning. Last, due to my material delivery delay, I have to ask them to change the rental date for me twice, and I was told, if want to change it again, I will be charged $25 for an administrative fee. Same case, with other companies, I have never have issue like this.

Nuview Equipment Rentals is a great knowledgeable company that is agile and quick to respond.  I have only had positive experiences in my dealings with Nuview.  I am also extremely thankful that they referred business to my company.  I look forward to growing this relationship for many years to come!

I had a small engine repair need that was very urgent. With everything happening with COVID-19, finding someone available to take a look at it, I was very worried I wasn't going to find anyone. I found Kevin recommended on a local Facebook group and contacted him. He took my machine in the same day, and by the end of the day I had my equipment ready and all fixed up! Amazing service, and being an essential worker I was so thrilled and relieved, Kevin made my day. He is honest, fair and very professional. I have quite a few small engine machines and NuView Equipmental rental is now my go to for all my small engine needs and rentals. He is reasonably priced, and has equipment for rent as well. Although it is hard for me to write a negative review, I need to describe what happened for me. I rented a floor sander for a day. Before my time up, I called and asked if I can extend it. They told me if I return it before noon, they charge me for half a day. I did that and to my surprise, they ignored they word and charge me for the full two days. What is upset me was not the price difference but not keeping their word. Also, the day after I reviewed the bill and realized I have been charged for the sandpaper I hadn’t used. To be fair they returned the different of sandpaper price after I reminded but I left with a bad experience and lot of unnecessary struggles.

A great rental experience. I had my rental equipment delivered. All the employees I talked to were very professional and friendly. Contracts were clearly laid out and sent via email. They called ahead of time to notify me of delivery and pickup. And their prices were better than the big box stores for the same equipment. Great job.

Had the best deal from all I called around. Was very friendly and helpful, delivered an aerator and a dethatcher to me since I didn't have means to transport them, the delivery was included in the day rental, no additional fee. No damage fee and I made sure I was very careful with the equipment and took good care of them. What you see is what you pay, no surprises. Highly recommend Nuview to anyone, I'm going back to them again this Fall.

Earlier in the fall, I was looking for a new snowblower. I saw an ad on the side of the road advertising snowblowers. I decided to check it out. It was the best decision I have ever made as it relates to my home equipment. I found the staff at Nuview outstanding. Very knowledgeable about their equipment and showed no sales pressures. I purchased the snowblower from Nuview and it was delivered directly to my home with no additional charges but with a friendly smile. Simply excellent customer service.After 2 uses of my snowblower, I experienced a problem which was my problem. It turns out that I damaged the auger sheer pin. This happened on Saturday January 2, 2020.I called Nuview, the store was closed but I left a message. Within a very short period of time, I received a call back and was amazed that within a couple of hours, the gentleman arrived and fixed it with just a smile and a happy New Year.Outstanding company. When you need service, equipment and rentals you must check them out.

I recently had the opportunity to deal with Kevin at Nuview Equipment Rental. He showed a high level of professionalism in a very polite respectful manner. While assessing my problem, what he was unfamiliar with he undoubtedly made up for by his industry and good judgement, to these gifts he added a friendly and couteous disposition.
