Earlier this year I had and experienced with BC Best Flooring Company, and it was an outstanding experience. We bought a condominium in a building that is 100+ years of age, and the hardwood floors looked awful. The hardwoods were old, tattered and scratched. In one of the bedrooms, the floor was in a terrible shape, and it needed replacement. Without paying a dime, a representative came by the building immediately and asked on what we needed to be done after which he gave us three separate quotes. Within one week of the request which we scheduled the actual repair was done, and it was very quick. For a big two bedroom apartment, it took less than three days to get the repairs done with a price that was a bit less than the previously stated quote. The technicians were well-mannered and respectful. Our floors became new again, and BC Best Flooring Company has been the best out of all flooring companies I have dealt with. I strongly recommend them.

I would give BC Best Flooring a SIX STAR rating for such an exceptional job. Over the years we have interacted with many different contractors and I would say this is one of the best experiences.We recently had them install Vinyl Plank flooring in our basement over concrete. The concrete floor was in bad shape and needed some expert work to bring it up to a standard to lay the vinyl plank. But Karen did this exceptionally well, informing us about what needed to be done and how he was going to do it, each step of the way. It is very easy to communicate with him. Prior to the job he was prompt in answering our email questions, gave us a good idea of what it would cost, and was able to do the job with not much delay.During the job it was a pleasure having him at our home, working hard and keeping us informed. We are delighted with the results, and the cost ended up being very reasonable! We would definitely have BC Best Flooring again for future flooring needs.

BC best flooring did an amazing job on our floors for our new house build in North Van. They were reliable, honest and very hard working. They started early and worked late to get the job done. A real professional all around! Karen installed laminate flooring in two of my bedrooms, couldn't be happier with the work.Workmanship-absolutely fantastic, professionally done on every level. The floors were seamlessly installed, he took care of the carpet removal process and the baseboards. I ended up taking some laminate flooring back to the store because there was hardly any waste at all!! Very efficient. Not a single imperfection to speak to.Work Ethic-Karen was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Very responsive, was on time, answered all my questions and was very upfront about all the work involved and any potential costs/money associated with leveling so there were no hidden surprises! I ended up not having to have the floors leveled because of solid construction, this is usually pretty rare. I was beyond impressed with his attention to detail and the care he took not to damage any existing structures/furniture while installing the floor; left the place clean and tidy after the work was done. Because levelling was not needed he competed the work in one day which was so convenient.Value-truly cant be beat given the professional service you get!On a side note-two days after I had the floors installed, I had my place painted. The painters left a huge, heartbreaking scratch on my beautiful new floor, absolutely devastating! So, Karen come to the rescue on very short notice to replace the damaged pieces.You cant go wrong if you choose BC Best Flooring!

I contracted BC Best Flooring Company to install new oak flooring in 3 of my rooms and also do a refinishing in 2 rooms. The quality of their work and attention to detail was excellent, and the services were outstanding. They honored the quoted price after a few months which was useful when the scope of the work needed changes. If you are getting a quote from other companies, make sure they install the same quality of wood as BC Best Flooring Company. I would definitely deal with BC Best Flooring Company again in the future.

Can’t say enough about how happy we are that we chose to deal with BC Best Flooring. The laminate flooring turned out even better then we imagined.
