I will not get tired of repeating that this is the worst delivery. We used the services 3 times, but still we had to go to the other end of the city all 3 times. They pretend that no one is at home, so the package was not delivered, BUT THIS IS A LIE!!! The third time ordered delivery to the office, but they didn’t deliver there either. We arrived today to pick up the parcel, they said that the place was not indicated, but everything was written on the box! They lie! They don’t deliver parcels! I don’t recommend using their services!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. They’ve had my passport for over a week now and they do not even care to help me. They keep treating it as if it’s just another random package. I’m going to pick it up next week and when I’m there you will be hearing from me.

0 star. Most terrible experience I have ever had from a delivery company! Hopefully all other companies that use them to deliver packages disregard this delivery service and use their competitors to avoid putting their valuable customers in horrible experiences and stressful conditions.Two items was sent out to me from ON to WPG through purolator! I Was supposed to receive both packages on Thursday! Both item came with two different tracking numbers. Per the tracking one was sent out on Thursday waited all day but no delivery was attempted but was updated on the tracking info online that the delivery driver Attempted delivery - receiver unavailable. And we should come to pick up. No delivery notice was left, I was notified by the online tracking. Whereas the second order was been delivered the next day (today, Friday), same story as the first order- Attempted delivery - receiver unavailable. While I was sitting at the lobby and waiting for the package whole day, NO ONE SHOWED UP!!! SERIOUSLY??? NO phone call, no buzzer/doorbell ring. I called customer service on phone and to get a hold of them is another task, long wait times greater than 45min before you get through to an agent.Now I have to drive for 50min for pickup on Monday as they are closed weekends, waste of my time and money for gas in this trying times and weather. All this which could have been avoided if the delivery driver are doing their job professionally and diligently.If the delivery drivers are sure they are doing their job correctly and are not been so lackadaisical on their job/duties then they should be handing out delivery notices for failed attempts.This is reoccurring with other customers as well so Purolator should look into this and do something about it ASAP!

I know for a fact that the delivery personnel didn't even attempt to deliver my parcel. What is the sense of delivering, if the person still needs to pick it up at their shipping centre? What a waste of time and resources. If you can't tell your people how to properly do their job, what is the sense of your company still operating?

Absolutely the worst service I have ever received. I am in my apartment waiting for their arrival, and 2 shipments were bounced back on 2 separate occasions because I was inaccessible". I literally never received a call

This is the worst delivery experience I have ever had in my life.Force me to sign an inexpensive package when I'm not at home, changing to another time is not possible, so I have to pick it up. The guy at the pickup spot was friendly and helpful tho

They are just fooling customers around. When I got the text message on Thursday, 2/9/2023 about the package, under instructions I mentioned to deliver pacakge after 5pm. But delivery driver came on Friday, 2/10/2023 @3.15pm to deliver package at my home. I was not home so he left the notice slip saying pacakage will be available in the office for pickup on 2/11/2023 at 9 am.2/11/2023 I went to the office to pickup my package and the lady at front reception said it is not here. Driver will try to re-deliver the package on Monday. I told her I wont be home again until 5pm due to my job. Will your driver deliver it after 5pm? She said no because delivery time is until 5pm. I said ok how about 4.30 pm? She said no because driver will not be in your area at that time. You can come to the office again on Monday and pick it up from here.I aksed her, Why your driver left a notice at the door to pickup the package from the office on 2/11/2023 when he was going to re deliver it? Then she said the third party(company that sent me the package) told them to re-deliver it on Monday.Nobody sent me any update about it and I dont think this is true.They do not care about others time/gas that is used for travelling. Worst courier service ever. My recommendation is to stop using this courier company.

One of the worst courier company, they never deliver my parcels, even though I have been waiting for the whole day.Another courier service is always able to deliver parcels.A note was left on my door saying that I can collect my parcel on November 11. When I came to the pickup parcel, the location was closed. They should have mentioned on the note that the pickup location will be closed or reduced hours should have been mentioned. I tried seeing employees and they were trying to hide from me. Purolator always provides the worst service.

I firmly believe that they aren’t even trying to deliver my packages anymore.I’ve been home for 3 days straight, practically SITTING by the door. Constantly very actively checking the tracking information.Have not received a single knock on the door or any sort of phone call to alert me to any sort of human person outside. But suddenly 6 minutes later I’m “unavailable to receive the package.”
