Newfound Sushi
Price was very high compared to taste. It was very average both in taste and quantity. By quantity I mean the weight of the sushi is probably less than other sushi places, that's why we had to order more than usual. Other than that, the view and customer service were top notch.

The service at the sushi place was attentive and friendly. The staff members were helpful in guiding us through the menu and accommodating our requests.However, I found the flavors to be rather average, lacking the taste that I was hoping for. Considering the price point, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of the taste and quantity of the sushi.

Newfound Sushi
My family and I are visiting Corner Brook for the first time and the restaurant was highly recommended. The only words we can use to describe our experience are “perfect” and “authentic”. The unique dishes paired with the local drinks made our dinner superb. We would highly recommend coming here.

I'm from a big city and I thought it was ridiculous to come all the way to Nfld to eat Japanese sushi...but O my...according to the staff, the chef was self taught and trained the souchef who prepared our perfection! Who knew Corner Brook, Nfld is the sushi and sashimi capital of the World!!!

Wonderful experience. Will be back again soon. Highly recommend. Yesss they have other options besides fish, and the restaurant does not smell like fish ether.

Outstanding sushi and service! We are traveling from Illinois and arrived at 4pm and we’re told they were booked for the evening. After a couple minutes they squeezed us in! Our server was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and kind! Our favorites were the House Roll with scallops, the half and half salmon/tuna roll and BBQ Eel nigiri!!! Excellent food, service and drinks! Recommend to anyone and definitely call ahead for reservations!! Thank you for the great experience!!

Newfound Sushi
Sushi was super yummy and spicy. We ordered one with crab and avacado and another with tuna and avacado .We had bluberry magarita and Newfound caesar cocktails as well. Everything was really good. But the space was the limiting factor. Dine in option was limited due to limited space. But we could grab a seat in the bar and had our supper. Ladies in the bar were very friendly and attentive .

The best Japanese food in Newfoundland! Local, ultra-fresh ingredients and a great menu which fuses authentic Japanese cuisine and unique offers representative of NL. Never a bad meal, and always great service.

Newfound Sushi
Great place to have really fresh and good seafood. There unfortunately wasn't bluefin tuna today, and the sea urchin was also unavailable. The rolls had fresh fish, but wasn't as tasty as there was too much rice and too much sauce overpowering the main ingredients of the roll. Would definitely recommend the salmon and mackerel. Great place for Asian food as the variety in Corner Brook is not that great.

Newfound Sushi
Newfound sushi is my favourite restaurant in Corner Brook. I’ve had sushi in many different cities and provinces and Newfound sushi is as good or better than anywhere else I have tried!! My favourites are the Snow West, the Spicy house roll with torched scallops, and the spicy scallop roll! They also have amazing ramen and tuna tartar! They also carry a number of different local beers from breweries all across Newfoundland, which I love and appreciate! The service is always amazing and the staff are very friendly and professional! :)
