I really liked the office. The receptionist were friendly and helpful. The doctors were gentle and nice. They were thorough in getting medical history and addressing the children's needs. The kids liked it there. I look forward to building a relationship with the staff and doctors.

I love this clinic, super professional and cordial, not to mention that the facilities are super nice and I don't regret having chosen my pediatrician here, they take good care of my daughter, thank you.

We had a feeling it would not be possible to get a pediatrician after delivery, we got a Bloor kids contact from St. Michael's pediatrician and we absolutely love this place. Dr. Dustin Jacobson is absolutely the best, highly available, professional and very helpful.

This clinic blew me away! We were referred by my daughter's pediatrician. A couple of months of a wait was well worth it! Almost futuristic when you walk in - a tablet check-in (or a real person if you choose), an electronic voice on the speaker guides you to your next destination of waiting. When you arrive, the screen in that area tells you how long of a wait (2-5 minutes!) We were seen in less than that, assessed by the helpful and confident doctor, prescribed meds and told to follow up. We proceeded upstairs to the pharmacy - the most helpful and pleasant pharmacist and assistant I've ever dealt with! He told me about free delivery on refills and the ease of ordering that. !!! I had paid for 40 minutes of parking and only spent about 14 minutes! Fastest and most efficient doctor's visit ever. I highly recommend this clinic. Your children will receive optimal care.

My family is new to the clinic. Both my sons are new patients, and have had an amazing experience with our doctor and the nurses. Booking to see the doctor is easy and isn’t a long waiting period, which is great. Also wait times in office are not long and we’re seen fairly close to the appointment time. I love the atmosphere and overall aesthetic of the office because it’s not small or over crowded, making it comfortable for me and my children whenever we go in. Parking is close, which is a bonus. Would definitely recommend the clinic!!

Love it!This clinic is far from home, but it worth it the trip, the attention is really good starting with the nurses and also de doctors, I attended two appointments with 2 different doctors and exceeded my expectations. Love the attention to my daughter!

The physicians are excellent- knowledgeable and perceptive. The clinic is well thought out and beautifully designed. There’s easy access to specialists and allied health. I would highly recommend.

Mommy to come me up down. Great spot to purchase kid toys and other child accessories. Very friendly staff. We ordered an item that came in the wrong color and staff was very accommodative in changing it for the correct one. Definitely recommend

I brought my newborn son to this clinic and the attitude of the doctors was non chalant and cold, to say the least. This was after two visits. They were very curt with their answers and it was not a reassuring environment for a first time mom. Would not recommend, especially for young Black families
