Pet-Agree took care of my cat over the holiday weekend and I could not be happier with their service! Diane gave my cat food and water, scooped the litter, and played with him. I looked forward to the updates every morning with pictures! Payment and scheduling was so easy in the online portal. I will use their service next time I need a cat sitter!

Diane, Mel and the entire Pet-Agree crew were professional, punctual and most importantly compassionate when handling our dogs. We were half way around the world when one of our dogs had an issue and they handled it as well or better than we would have if we had been home. As a pet owner that is what you really need to hear, they can handle any situation so you can relax with one less thing to worry about.

I have been a client of Pet Agree for over six years. Diane and her team are wonderful and I know I can go out of town without worry that my two cats will be properly taken care of. Diane and her team have been taking care of my 2 dogs for the 10 years I've been living in Grand Rapids. I often travel overseas for work and can do so without worry because Diane and her team are completely reliable. They provide the same level of love, attention and care to my fur babies that I do. Matt and the team at PetAgree have been fantastic! When my mom’s international trip got unexpectedly and unavoidably extended, I reached out to coordinate additional services for her cat. Matt replied immediately and made the process of adding check-ins a breeze. He communicated regularly checking in on the status of her trip. Danyell and Tara, who were the ones checking in on Ollie, were also wonderful. They posted updates after each visit and always included multiple pictures where it was clear Ollie was happy and well cared for. We have two cats, and they are our sweet and special “babies”. When we recently moved to Michigan, we were concerned we might not find the kind of caregiver for our kitties we had prior to our move. Then we found Diane (Pet Agree LLC). We feel so blessed that we found her. She takes great care of our furry kids. She is so conscientious, caring, understanding of my maternal idiosyncrasies, and just does a wonderful job. We recommend Diane to anyone looking for care of their family pets. She enables you to be away from home worry free while she takes care of your furry loved ones.

I cannot speak highly enough of my experience working with Pet Agree. It is easy to schedule the services that I need. I received an electronic invoice separate from scheduling such that no credit card information is kept on file. I really appreciate that. Most importantly, the team members who walk my Golden Retriever love him as much as I do. Due to knee surgery, I have been unable to walk him as often as I like, and I have been working from home when they arrived. The team members are courteous and pleasant. It is amazing to see the care they have for him, evident even in the tone of their voice. Not surprisingly, my Golden Retriever is so excited to see them and so happy when he returns from his walk. They have given me tips in how to train him to walk without darting after a squirrel, or how to handle the situation when/ if a stray dog is around.I really appreciate it. Thank you.

I worked at Pet Agree and highly recommend. Diane, the owner, is a very compassionate and caring individual with integrity. She has a wide range of knowledge for animal care and is hands-on walking/caring for dogs, cats and other animals. She takes great care of her employees. We are trained very well to take great care of the dogs, cats and others animals that we care for.
