Is the toy section employee at this location been paid off by a scalper/ reseller as well?(this has been mentioned in local hotwheel groups as walmart gets exclusive releases and mission never seems to get them yet display empty pegs for them)? I'm curious what gives....management should look into this as this has been an issue for well over a year and I shop here often enough sometimes multiple times a day as a mom that I should have come across something unless someones got on off the truck deal happening. Its just ridiculous.

THE COMPANY IS CLOSING MANY WALMART STORES IN THE AREA AT 10PM BEGINNING 07/22/2023 FOR NO PARTICULAR REASON - SOME STORES ALREADY SWITCHED TO 10PM CLOSING AT THE BEGINING OF JULY - NOT GOOD BUSINESS SENSE IN THE MIDDLE OF A BUSY SUMMER - WHAT WAS THE THINKING HERE MANAGEMENT? A really sad place to go, all the workers are overweight and have zero work ethics.. have some pep in you’re step. Line up for “self checkout” is being directed people with learning difficulties and everyone’s waiting for 4 tills while the line is backed up to the clothing ail. Had to fill my pockets just so I didn’t feel like I was getting robbed of my time because you guys can’t even manage a proper functioning store.

It’s your responsibility as a business to clear your pedestrian access ways after a snow storm. You’ve had plenty time and nothing has been done. How can the manager not see that there’s a problem. Put a couple young able bodied employees on shovels and use some of that pallet of salt you have just inside the door. There’s no excuse for the conditions leading into your store. I’m able bodied and it was a struggle for me. I can’t imagine how hard it would be for someone not too sure on their feet. Brace up and get with it!

Big chaos for the billing counter. Took more than 1 hr for billing. Assistant Manager told us that because of increase of minimum wage to $14 ,walmart has reduced the manpower to keep the price low...

Plenty of parking. Handicapped too. Just needed a few things, found them quickly, they have self checkouts. I forgot to bring bags, so managed to find a box to carry my items out. Enjoyable shopping visit.

Racist employees parminder at the front accusing of stealing a carry basket because I walk to my truck drop off.my.items and return them to the front so I don't have to buy a bag. Had two items that were recalled and not taken off the shelf making me shop three times because their two lazy to pull stuff making me walk back and forth... Rude customer service from anyone you ask for help from. Items frequently not in stock. Every time I walk into this store there's a problem... Don't waste your time!!!

I am a regular shopper and always in there for something sometimes multiple times a day. But I've noticed something strange. I don't know who is in control of the toy section in your store specifically the hotwheels and matchbox but feel like there is something fishy going on there... I've noticed a few times that some things have been put out but a few of the different ones are hidden on top in a box and not displayed properly. I am a tall person so its not hard for me to see that and grab things from up there... I'm not accusing anyone of any wrong doing just feels weird...

The staff was alright and the return process was easy for the kids toy we bought that was short a piece to build it. The arrows on the floor for customer service are duct taped to the floor.
