Had my daughter's birthday party there. Service was good but the room was like a storage closet with a couple tables thrown in it (alot of stuff that was from some other event) Also there were alot of small fruit flies flying around and traps on the wall were full (pretty gross). Don't think I'd have another birthday party here!

Was in store for over 30 minutes struggling to pick out a hat, not one employee asked if i needed help. Ended up leaving after getting frustrated. Awful customer service 1/10

The staff at lids are fantastic!! The hats are great, you can even get names put on a hat for a really good price!

Maybe management should be paying closer attention to its employees. April 23, 2023, a non-responsive male employee wearing air pods and having what appeared to be a conversation on his personal device. Ignoring customers and either forgetting how he gets paid, or doesn't understand payroll doesn’t evolve from magic. Tighten your ship.
