Positives. Nice locations and large bar with large patios. I like the water mist sprayers on the hot days. Beers are ice cold.Negatives. Service is borderline ok but cold like the beer. Food is equally borderline ok. Olympic Stir-fry is too sweet with the over used sweet sauce. Tots Supreme is pretty good but seems like they could really make something special out of this missed opportunity. Shepards Pie, soooo disappointing. Likely my last time here…which actually is a positive.

My boyfriend and I decided to book the fondue under the stars experience for Valentines Day weekend. We prepaid through the Open Table app. However, a few days later, we realized we had to change the date of our reservation. We were instructed by the restaurant that we had to cancel our reservation and then rebook. Basically we paid for our reservation twice but we were told that we would receive our refund within 24 hours. That did not happen.We followed up with the restaurant and were told we were misinformed and that refunds took up to 5-7 days. That did not happen.We followed up again and were told Open Table would refund us, but it was entirely up to them when that would happen. They said they would call open table and then call or email us back. That did not happen.After following up yet again, I was told that the GM would phone or email us about this he was the only one who could issue the refund. It has been a few days since I last contacted the restaurant, and again, they have not followed up as promised. I am extremely frustrated as this had taken over 2 weeks now, and it seems as though no one really knows what is going on.Also, when we did actually go to the fondue night we had booked, it was a subpar experience for us. We loved the privacy of the igloo and the attentiveness of our server but were disappointed by the food. The salads were okay, but the cheese fondue was disappointing. There was no meat included in our meal (definitely more of an appetizer) and the cheese flavor was much too strong for me (think old moldy cheese strong) so I ended up skipping the dinner" portion as I was told no substitutions / alterations could be made. Great atmosphere and great food. We ordered the brisket poutine and ribeye steak. The steak was cooked just right and the brisket poutine was delicious. Staff have always been friendly and courteous.

Beautiful astroturph patio with lounge couches, and fire tables. Had Kendra as our server and she was awesome!Plus the app had some offers for us to redeem. That's one reason we like the Canadian Brewhouse so much!Plus it was taco Tuesday. Fish tacos were great!

Ordered the good for you soul power bowl yesterday for my lunch today and normally these are amazing but this is ridiculous. Two huge stems of kale and the chicken so salty I had to throw it away. Very disappointing especially when it's so expensive.You had asked me to email you and I emailed 5 days ago with no response.

Went to this location with my husbands work we had a whole section blocked off for us. The service was awful. Our whole tables had something wrong with their order worse part about this is she had her tablet in front of her taking the orders so nothing should have been wrong! We tried using the “excuse me “ button several times and she never responded to it most of us never got the chance to order a second drink. And to top it off the server gave checks and took payments from the other tables in our group and left our table sitting there waiting for our bills it took the group of us walking down to the bar to get our bills to pay up! I’ve been in several locations and have never seen anything like the service we got! Definitely not worth going to this location when there is so many Better Brewhouse’s in the city.

Great atmosphere, just the right amount of noise that we could talk and not have to yell.Our server was awesome, super friendly and attentive. Our glasses were never empty.The pizza special was also great. The pizza was delicious and and a great deal for $10!

Horrified. Blood was actually coming off onto the napkin from the chicken wings tonight we were served here. The wings were taken off our bill but I feel as though more should have been done as this could lead to somebody getting very ill.

I would like to give a shout-out to ELLA the waitress.Ella is one Hellava awesome waitress!She served my sister and I when we were having our own little Mother's Day meal together.Our drinks were continuously topped up with a smile ☺️Our food was served hot! I also recommend the Bacon wrapped Jalapeños stuffed cheese it is very delicious!!

Whhhaaatttt a Brewhouse that allows kids??? We went for brunch. It was a nice that kids were allowed in. We can eat, chill and drink. Kids menu is pretty decent price, I had the Benedict, the hollandaise is too buttery and lemony for my taste buds. Mimosa bulldog was a yummmmm
