Having an Indian grocery store in Dartmouth is a wonderful addition to the neighbourhood, welcome Bombay Spices!Even if you have never tried Indian food this grocery store still has something for everyone. From every day spices, sweets and cosmetics like essentials oils, all natural henna hair dye to frozen samosas, tons of aromatics and spices for every palate, bulk items like flour and rice as well as a selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. The store was clean, staff was friendly and helpful.This store offers the best variety of East Indian items on this side of the bridge. Huge Indian grocery store with fantastic range of Haldiram & raju gopal & various other Indian Grocery Snacks products. Everything from fresh sweets to frozen products including snacks in Haldiram, raju gopal, garvi laxmi Jagdish brand is available in this store.It is a preferred shopping place for Students in & around Dartmouth . Literally 5mins walk from Penhorn bus terminal & if driving there is parking outside the store & this store always have all the stock of Indian grocery and Snacks, spices Garam Masala, Lentils and many other. that too on best price as well Must visit.

They should check their product expiry date and make it sure before selling items.I bought chocolates from here and when I opened it that was not looking good after I checked expiry date it was expired 3 months ago .

I was very happy to find this place today! Great selection, clean and tidy store with enough room for a stroller between the aisles, bonus! The person on staff was so welcoming and helpful, I will for sure be back. Worth noting: getting there on transit is kind of weird, definitely a spot meant for cars.

Great place well run, lovely helpful staff. one of the best Indian grocery store in Dartmouth must visit. They have everything in Stock right from maggie to rasgulla & indian sweetsExcellent selection of spices, herbs, large selection of vegetables, all manner of different beans and pulses to be fair I was so confused with the selections on offer I had to ask staff to help guide me which they more than happy to accommodate I found that pleasantly refreshing. Must visit if you are looking for Indian Kitchen groceries at one stop.Would recommend well worth a visit.

Very useful Indian grocery in the Dartmouth area. Has all authentic brands and grocery items. shelves always stocked and they do take special request and get those items in the next lots for you. This grocery store carries most of the South Asian and Indian groceries products that are missing in most stores in Halifax and Dartmouth. staff is very helpful in finding you the products you needmust visit for your daily groceries

Best selection of authentic Indian ingredients and grocery in Dartmouth. I went there to see if they had some products that had been discontinued by my regular Superstore. They did, and much more. They have a whole section devoted just to pappadums pappad ! BTW: If you're concerned about parking, there are plenty of spots especially on holidays and weekends. They also keep local fresh green vegetables as well coming on tuesday & thursday.

They have a wide selection of flours and grains Indian Snacks soda pops as well as pre-mixed packages for a wide variety of Indian breads and other dishes.they have Ready to cook Indian Curry, spices masala, Indian chutneys and wide range of snacks from haldiram, garvi, gopal, balaji wafers and wide range of Indian tea as well like taj, jivraj tea brook bond, tata tea gold and many more must visit this Indian grocery store in DartmouthThere keep wide range of ready made food from India in both packages and the freezer section. There are also many ingredients for the make from scratch cook. If all you want is a snack, the flavored banana chips are fantastic! This store is wonderful; for me going there is a fun learning experience! one of the best and cleanest Indian Grocery Store in Dartmouth, the staff is also knowledgeable and ready to help at any given time.
