Campbell Enterprises Towing

I got the number for this business from Canadian Tire when I stopped in a week ago to get advise on what to do with my car that wasn’t starting. I was able to set up a time the same morning to have the tow truck driver come and see my car. Rather than just towing it, he looked at the battery himself & was able to get it started using a mobile jump starter. He said to save me money, I should try driving it to the repair shop myself, rather than having it towed, which I ended up doing. Upon arriving there, I found out that he’d called ahead and told them to be expecting me, and he’d already explained what was going on. I think that is fantastic service and was really pleasantly surprised, since I hadn’t asked him to do that for me and also I notice a couple of negative reviews here as well which are also puzzling. My interaction with him was nothing but positive. He was very fast, efficient and nice enough to want to save me money and step in and help by going the extra mile. Would definitely recommend and I will also use him in the future if I ever need a tow.

Way too expensive to remove a tire!!$75 just because Im a woman

Nearing the end of my work day my van stopped working. I called a few tow companies but none were available, so I looked online and came across Campbell Towing. I saw it was reviewed well so I gave him a call. He was polite and to the point of the job, and was even honest to where he came forward and expressed he could not be able to provide a ride in his truck due to personal reasons, and he wanted to make sure I had a ride set up before anything was set to go rather than leave me on the side of the road. Once I was set with a ride he immediately made his way to me, hooked the van up and was kind to talk with. We both arrived at our destination and he expressed interest as to why my van wasn’t working, and gave some speculation as to the troubles and tested the battery for me.It was a good experience and I would not hesitate to call him again. Give this man the work he deserves and he’ll do right by you.

My towing experience was horrible, no establishment around the area or I did not request for that service. My car was towed and no one checked with me if they could tow my car away, they just did it without my consented permission or agreement.

Called end of day on a long weekend friday. Scott was on his way home and took the call and came right out to help. Great service and great price.
