Absolutely garbage quality, pop half full. Buddy burgers had no onions. This is the third time and it’s always the same at this location. Fries were hard and stale. Half the slice of cheese is hanging off the burgers. Not the first time at this location either. Worst A&W in Canada! Go to the mountain view location instead. They actual care there.

Food was good, staff was okay, but the place was a mess, especially for not being busy.Floors were sticky, tables weren't cleaned, rug could have been vacuumed or cleaned a little.One of the frosty mugs I was given had a chunk taken out of the rim, had to ask to have it replaced.

Typical A&W location. The food and the service, are mediocre, and good luck getting what you order, or trying to get it fixed.For some reason, the wait for drive-thru orders is quite a lot longer than one would expect. I don't know what their procedures are, but when the food does, finally come out, some of it is cold and soggy. Things should come out quickly and at the proper temperatures.On the plus side, the apple turnovers are way better than McD's. Unfortunately, the price, at this location, is higher than at other A&Ws around.

Nice people but place has had NO AIR CONDITIONING all summer. Guess owners don’t want to spend their money. Rough for customers, must be brutal for staff!!!

Food was good but many times I went, the food was Luke warm or room temperature. Also every time I go, they do not have the root beer slushie thing :(

I am very disappointed with the onion rings they served to me, broken apart, and the coating no longer on the onion. The burger the served looked as if some played catch with the bun and the burger. Worst experience I gave ever had to pay $20 for. I am contacting the manager to express my displeasure with how his employees work with no management on site!

Let me first state I love A &W . I went for breakfast today and was eating in. When I was looking for a table they were all filthy so I used my clorox wipe and cleaned a table. I showed the wipe to the ladyb who brought my food and told her she needs to have someone clean all the tables. She shrugged her shoulders and walked away at no time during my meal did anyone wipe the tables Gross Gross Gross I will not eat there again. COVID PEOPLE - CLEAN

Always make u wait at the front of the store after making a drive thru order.There are customers in the drive thru.Nobody in the store.Been waiting outside now for 14 min.All I ordered was 2 burgers.Staff is very friendly. Just slow as heck

Drive thru is not what I would recommend coming to this place. I felt rushed while ordering, and my order missed the touch that was specified. In the end, my condiments are missing!The downside to going drive thru compared to walking in, you can not easily go back to have the issue taken care of because the moment you got your order, you are gone!
