I bought COVID RAPID ANTIGEN TEST KITS from this company and was very pleased with the customer service, professionalism, and helpfulness of the sales representative and manager in the warehouse where I went to pick up the first shipment. The company representative was very good about keeping me informed of the status of the second shipment and global supply chain issues. The shipment arrived when I was told it would arrive. The sales rep waived the shipping costs. What a kind gesture, especially given that I provided my credit card info to pay for shipping. I think that these little things are what make a company great and I will buy all my future test kits from this company. I am also happy that this is a local Canadian company based on Oakville. I like to support local industry.
