Thiefts.GregThank you for your comment.This just goes to show the type of a rip out operation that you operate. This platform warns others of pitfalls. You are a rockfall. Showing no compassion. Not sure why I would return to the Radium area with your type of mindset. There are plenty of other places to travel.

Beautiful campground situated in a canyon (hence its name). Try to get a spot by the stream as there's more shade. Excellent spot to view local wildlife - Brown & Black Bears, Bighorn Sheep, Deer, Goats, & Chipmunks. Edit....Yes Greg, we did see the Wild Turkeys & we also saw Goats. Not in the campground but on the road in town & just outside of town by the hot springs. I would know as I was there.

I can’t rate the campground itself as we weren’t able to go due to my mother in law’s health. I would have given 0 stars but I can’t. I don’t usually provide reviews, but be forewarned as you’ll see what is most important to them. We booked our reservation before my MIL was placed in hospice. At that time, I emailed the resort to let them know that we would have to cancel and to see what they round be willing to do regarding their policy of charging 2 nights fees with less than a week (or two) notice. I was trying to give them an opportunity to do the right thing thing on compassionate grounds. I would have even offered to pay for one night. But there were no exceptions. I’m sure they were able to re-rent that spot without any problem. Because of this I won’t ever consider staying there and I’ve told my friends not to stay there either.

There is pavement all the way to and including inside the park. Signage is adequate. Check in was efficient and very friendly. The rules are fairly basic. The interior roads are smooth and big rig friendly..Our site, 60, was a back in that was easily long enough for our Coach and Towed. Services (30/50 amp, water, sewer and cable) were to the left side. Distancing is good for an urban park. Some sites had a vegetation privacy barrier. Each site has a table and a fire pit. Our site was flat and even. Overall the park was extremely well manicured and pleasant to look at.The park included wifi was woefully inadequate. Our site was right next to an antenna but the service always dragged. Sadly, our cell service provided hot spot was not very useful either as we barely got one bar. We did not use the washrooms or showers but we checked and found them clean and modern.There are restaurants and stores within easy walking distance. Radium is a small village so you will not find a big variety of services. We found this park to be an good overnighter. We paid $60.00 per night and we feel we received fair value. We will be back if in the area again.

I should have written a review years ago, I’m not one who typically writes review’s or maybe I just wanted to keep this little gem to myself.I can’t think of a negative thing to say about this place! It’s clean, the sites are bigger than most campground’s, it’s quiet even when it’s full. Great place for families and or retirees like ourselves.The creek can lull the most restless person to sleep in minutes.But most of all and sometimes the most important is the staff. I can’t say enough of how accommodating, friendly and welcoming they are. I look forward to coming back every summer not just for this little gem but to visit will all the staff and friends we’ve made throughout the years!

Our friends found this gem of a campground last year and we were happy to come this year. Beautiful campground in an excellent location! The washrooms are super clean and there's coin laundry if needed. The staff are friendly and welcoming. We'll definitely be back and hope to stay on the creek next time. Thank you for an enjoyable 6 days!

Great place to relax. Very quiet and clean. Beautiful view of the mountains, soothing creek sounds that go through the camp ground.We camp often and often feel cramped with trailers, I like that sites are nicely spaced apart, not a loud day/ night the whole time we were there, your neighbors are respectful and quiet in the evenings. We'll definitely be back.

Amazing staff that take pride in the upkeep of this campground. We have been coming here for 20 years as kids and now as adults and the campground has always been immaculate to spend time with family. Love that this continues to be a family campground. Love the old school way of still calling to book and keeping it personal.

Sites are immaculate! Wonderfully treed. No packing in like your in a parking lot. The river running through is amazing to listen to while relaxing by your fire
