Small portions, mediocre service , bad food availability.Place has gone downhill quickly. Staff are slow and look bored at best. Took them more than 5 minutes to take out order with 1 person ahead of us.They were out of multiple key items ( beans, guac). Never have I seen a place serving bowls being so stingy with the topping, they make the bowl... Ask for tomato's and you can expect 12-20 pea sized chunks.

Been nearly a weekly guest for months now (sometimes twice) and we have to drive past almost every other restaurant in town to get there. No complaints in my 30++ visits thus far. Great food and staff so not much more you can ask for beside it being free. Oh wait we order online and get free food from points all the time! Yay for me!

I asked if the shrimp was spicy and was told no it wasn’t which is wrong. It was spicy and I was only able to eat 2 bites. I also asked for onions tomato and sour cream on my fries and instead they put green peppers. I pointed out to the staff that it was to be onions so they picked out what they could and added more sour cream to cover up the rest of the peppers. My husband had a steak burrito that had no flavour at all !! Could only taste the tortilla!!! Horrible!!! Never again!!!!!!

I’ve been here 3 or 4 times now. I quite enjoy their food, they are pretty generous with the toppings. Even the small burritos are a very good size (depending on your fillings of course). My one complaint is that the staff could certainly be more friendly. Sometimes you’ll go in even a few hours before they close and you can tell they are just absolutely not happy to see you. I can understand if it’s the last hour or so before closing but that’s not what it was at all.

The spicy chicken that I wanted was completely dried out so I went with the regular chicken. I wanted cilantro but the girl said they didn’t have the staff to cut anymore for me. My husband got the burrito bowl, jerk chicken was hard as a rock and when he asked for extra tomatoes the girl rolled her eyes. Not impressed! Guess I’ll go get Shawarmas next door next time

Vegan-friendly!The staff was nice, the burritos were really tasty, and the bathrooms had 2-ply toilet paper!!! Very important when on a road trip.Also, I got a small burrito, my boyfriend got the large, and in total it was just $22 including taxes for the both of us. Very reasonably priced for a quality meal. If we ever need to grab food again in Renfrew we’ll definitely be back!

While passing through Renfrew I stopped at the bar burrito and found the staff every welcoming and helpful. The food was plentiful and flavourful.i will definitely be back again

Visit in August, review is much lower now. My bowl was only 1/2 full, they were out of pinto beans and guacamole. They will not give you water. The amount of cheese and fresh vegetables is depressing.
