Prices were highly inflated and not marked so you get a bit of sticker shock when you go to pay.Very shocked with the customer service. I normally get to a Pet Valu and have to fight the staff back with a broom as they are always so eager to help and provide such great service. This place - not so much. Was haughtily told go keep my dog away from the till as there was a service dog behind the counter (fine - not great delivery, but fine). Then when I replied and began to ask when I can find xxx product. I never actually got a chance to finish my ask as she turned away from me and went back to the booklet /paper on the table.

This store is very welcoming, the owner is kind and the prices are really great when you take into account the quality of the products. The store also always contains items that are very difficult to find at any other local pet stores.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Helped me figure out what the best food for my dog is. Highly recommend shopping here, very clean and organized, making it super easy to shop. They also have lots of variety for everything. Will definitely be going back!!

My dog was groomed here and the groomer did such a great job. One of the best haircuts I have ever got for my dog! As well when I dropped her off I bathed my other dog in their $10 pet wash which supplied shampoo, towels, a dryer and a treat at the end. The staff was very friendly and overall such a great experience.

Wolski and his master had a wonderful experience! The bath tub is very convenient. Great customer service and fair price! 5 stars for sure.... thanks so much to staff
