I often come in here and use this business for many.of my birthday parties as well as events ...I have never had a complaint the balloons r amazing and lasted almost 2 months with minimal deflation ..there is lots to choose from in store!! the staff is wonderful and it's a great business for all.your partie needs!!

These people almost ruined our wedding. The price was astronomical compared to other cities because they have no competition. They never set up anything except our backdrop which was set up super last minute. They forgot the money gift box and tried to run it to us last minute. The communication from them was horrendous. We paid extra to have them set up tables, plates etc and they did not set any up. Our venue actually did more work setting up show stoppers stuff then show stoppers did. They were very rude to my family and told my grandmother off on the phone for her questioning why nothing was being set up.The owner said he would be at our wedding to set up and make sure it was all good and he never came by once. We had our venue call them and ask why they were not there and they said they would send someone. Hours after we were all done someone showed up to put up a backdrop that cost us 1000$s and was crappily set up in seconds and they left.Rent your stuff from Michigan or from Sudbury.DO NOT GO HERE!!

Friendly staff and have good products. A bit pricey but if you want ballons that last a while good place to go to.
