Our dog GS just had her grooming done. Looks amazing!! Best groomer we have ever been to. Absolutely perfect grooming experience! Highly recommend Redwood Pet Resort !!!

Redwood Pet Resort was exactly what we were looking for! We moved to the area over a year ago and were still going to our original facility an hour away and were very hesitant to try a new place since our dog, Watson, was a rescue who has some anxiety issues. We booked the private cottage with some extra activities. Watson also has some stomach issues and they accommodated his feeding routine. We called to check on him twice a day and they were very happy to answer my questions. When we picked him up, he was quite content and was licking some of the ladies who took care of him and wasn't sure if he wanted to leave. He normally doesn't lick other people since he is more guarded. He was not anxious when we got home which he usually can be after being boarded. He was a very happy boy overall and are thankful for the very helpful and friendly staff! We will be sure to come back in the future! Thank you!

They really bailed me out of a tough situation: We had a place for our dog ready for a vacation over labor day, and at the last minute the other boarder backed out. With about a day or two notice they were able to get a space for my dog who had been spayed 6 days before and still had stitches in. They were able to take care of her and arrange private play sessions for her for a relatively fair fee.My dog seemed to love it there and came back happy, healthy, and almost fully healed from her spaying surgery. I really love their backyard runs for the dogs and the pool looks super cool.Big kudos to the ladies who were walking dogs in a late summer heat wave too!Have another vacation in October and will use them again.

We have known Redwood Pet Resort for over thirty years. We first brought our West Highland Terrier - McDuff to Redwood for obedience when he was a pup, then we brought him for vacations while our family travelled. Today we bring our very independent cat Gizmo to stay at the cat condos. These three story units provide lots of space for the cats. The staff are great. This last visit to Redwood had Gizmo enjoying herself and having a hair cut as well.Highly recommend Redwood to all pet owners looking for a place for your pet while you are away from home.

My husband and I have been boarding our dogs Rocky and Chanel with Redwood for the last two years and we HIGHLY recommend this facility.From the first initial visit, we were treated like family. We were given a tour of the entire facility, and had the ability to see where our dogs were staying and who they’d be interacting with. Redwood offers a number of add on’s such as packages for extra playtime and attention, grooming and treats (the tucker me tired package is our favourite!).Every time we’re dropping off and picking up, we see staff out for walks with the dogs, giving them attention and genuinely caring for them.We wouldn’t trust anywhere else.

Extremely DISAPPOINTED!!! Our two Labs stayed here for a week at the end of June and we will never leave them in this poor care again!! The room I described and asked for when I booked their stay was NOT a ROOM but instead fenced/caged sides with other dogs all around them barking like crazy. There did not seem to be any AC in the facility and our two dogs could barely stand in their area with two beds in there. The pool water was also Green! We sent them with STRICT instructions as one dog is highly diabetic and on insulin and they are both on expensive diet food losing weight weekly. I packed the meal quantity they would need and two extra days of meals just in case something ever happened with our flight, and when we picked them up there was barely one portion for one dog left so they were over fed Nd likely given treats because each dog gained 4 and 5 lbs in ONE WEEK and had previously been losing weekly on this diet. I sent a measuring cup for the food that also came back chewed up and cracked. When we were given their blankets and toys they were soaking wet and told us they just came out of the wash, but they smelt like dog not detergent and were COVERED in hair. We aren't sure what really happened in a lot of cases during their stay but will NEVER leave them again to find out.If you care about the quality of care your dog gets do not leave them here!! These people do not care!

Just picked up my two fur babies" from their second stay at Redwood and I can't say enough about them. The staff are incredible and obviously really love the animals they care for. I have two senior (10 and 11 year old) Golden Retrievers who need some special care and Brianna and the other staff members accommodate their needs on everything that I asked for. The Private Cottages at Redwood are perfect for dogs like mine that need a cozy

We left our 5 month old German Shepherd named Luna at the Redwood Resort for 10 days this past January. We knew right away that she would be in good hands. As soon as I came in I was greeted and given a tour of the facility. The owners are very friendly, kind and warm people. Their stuff mostly teenage girls are also kind, energetic and very friendly. I was nervous about leaving my puppy with strangers but was very pleased with their care. I will definitely recommend this Resort to all of you! Luna will visit you all again next time we go on vacation. Thank you to everyone at Redwood Pet Resort! You all rock! :)))))

Bingo!!!! Redwood Pet Resort is the one pet resort that we were looking for. The care they offered for our dog Sara was amazing and professional. Very friendly people.While being on our vacation, we received pictures and video clips of Sara so made us happy. We are so grateful especially for Taylor. Amazing girl. Thank you very much. We strongly recommend this resort.

Naomi had a Good experience for our first time ,friendly staff and my dog was in good spirit when I took her home .
