Always enjoy our dining experience here. Customized burritos with all ingredients chosen by yourself. Nice decor and cool Mexican music in the background. We ordered shrimp lime chilli burrito & steak burrito, both are fresh and yummy

Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill
I went yesterday in the afternoon. I thought the chicken burrito bowl tasted odd(weird after taste) so I stopped eating it. I checked the chicken and it was a bit raw. 30 minutes later, I was sick. I am currently still sick which makes me think I have food poisoning from this place. First time and last time trying this place. I feel awful.

*update* i finally was able to get hold of the manager, he was very apologetic and corrected the issue for a future visit. I've put it to 3*'s and will update again after my next visit. Lesson learnt is to open every box and check everything before leaving the restaurant.Visitors beware, The staff has completely given up!I hadn't been in a while but I remember the first time I went, what an amazing experience. Yesterday, the complete opposite! I ordered online as to make sure they had time to prepare the order, (there was only 1 other customer when I arrived) wasn't complicated, 3 chicken taco's identical, 2 more shrimp with identical toppings, 1 steak taco. I got 3 shrimp and 3 chicken....fine, mistakes happen (can be forgiven). I also ordered a side of 4oz guac, I specifically asked to make sure it was there when I arrived to pick up the order. I was told it was in the bag with the chips...got home, no guac! He knew it wasn't there, there is absolutely no way he didn't, I saw him pack the carry out bag! The chip bag was stappled close, either he put it in or he didn't. We took 3 trio's....got 1 small bag of chips, I think it's safe to assume that he forgot the other 2, and he would have sent me without salsa if I hadn't asked as well. A complete lack of care or concern for the client. I called back and I'm still waiting on a manager or owner to return my call, nobody is answering the phone today and there is no way for me to know if the same incompetent employee actually wrote down my information.Another great place lost to a less then ideal employee. Somebody needs to be fired, I can forgive mistakes, not deliberate omissions.

Ordered 5 meals and 2 out of my 5 meals didn’t have any cheese in the bowls. Only ordered 2 bowls and they missed the most important part the cheese!! Check your meals before leaving if you are ordering pick up!! Very disappointing as for these meals aren’t cheap!

Went for a quick evening bite last Monday and went out of my way to go because I always love Mucho.Everything was mostly fine but I was so disappointed with the fact that my bowl was half empty. I was in a rush so I didn’t say anything but less than half a bowl, a burrito and a canned ice tea for 33$? I felt ripped off. Hopefully this was a one off.

First time trying mucho burrito and loved it. Small place with a nice outdoor terrace. The menu was simple but with lots of options. Not knowing how to order the staff was very patient in explaning how the menu works and recommended some popular items. They also have a kids menu which was a plus. Nice quick meal alternative to burgers and fries.

Happy about the freshness and portions, less happy about the fact that they no longer offer the hot sauces; for me, a burrito without hot sauce is like a pizza without tomato sauce. I understand that everything has gotten expensive but could could still keep a few bottles at the counter.

Worst place ever to eat. They are not serving the fresh food and very stingy about the toppings. I didn’t get satisfied with the food as they used leftovers to make my order also they didn’t serve enough quantity and quality compared to the other places.

By far the stingiest burrito bowl I ever had from a mucho burrito. Paid 17$ and I was completely unsatisfied with the quality and especially quantity. Would not go back or recommend to a friend.
