Bradshaw Builds and Brittany Leigh Designs renovated the main floor of my home. Bradshaw Builds renovated the kitchen, dining room, powder room, entrance way and a new custom built-in cabinetry with coffee bar and beverage station. This work also included removing a wall and building new stairs.Brad's project management skills are very good. They started the work on the date that was committed and completed the work in two months, which was according to the original schedule. Bradshaw Builds has a very skilled team of cabinet makers, carpenters, tile layers, plumbers and electricians. Brad was on site everyday to ensure the work was completed according to specifications and always gave us an update at the end of the day. Brad's team always called us and recommended areas for improvement on the original design.Overall, we had a wonderful stress free experience with Bradshaw Builds, especially considering the size of our project. If you are looking for highest quality work, done to you specifications and at a reasonable cost, then I highly recommend considering Bradshaw Builds for home renos. Not only did Bradshaw Builds abandon our contract.As part of our project Bradshaw Builds was to replace our wood burning fireplace with a new linear gas fireplace. We trusted this to be installed professionally and to fire and safety code. However, Bradshaw Builds failed to comply to construction standards and fire safety protocols. We used the fireplace for the first time and within 30 minutes the fire place caught fire. It is clearly evident that Bradshaw Builds does not know or refer to proper construction guidelines related to natural gas because spray foam is highly flammable.TSSA is currently investigating the matter.This is the final push posted however he abandoned the project. They walked off with the money that we paid for the finish and the quartz, As well as the remainder of the project was left incomplete.

This included, removing two walls to open up the entire floor, removing all flooring, trim and kitchen cupboards, replacing all lighting with pot lights, laying of new laminate flooring, installation of new kitchen cabinetry and island along with tiling, painting and all the final touches.Their experience, professionalism, integrity and strong desire to satisfy their clients are the reasons why we would definitely hire Bradshaw Builds for our next renovation, big or small!

Bradshaw builds was recommended to us by our realestate agent to do our unfinished basement. They did everything from installing larger windows, full bathroom, framing, drywalling, floors. The crew was very friendly and professional. Anything that we asked they did. We picked out the floors, tile, paint and everything and they put it together beautifuly. The bathroom is gorgeous with a beautiful glass shower stall. They did an excellent job and we love our newly finished basement. It did take a little longer than originally quoted, but worth the wait.

He set realistic timelines and explained every step prior to starting- he didn’t just tell us what we wanted to hear in order to get the job. We hired Brad and his team to renovate our home in Ajax earlier this year. We were lucky enough to have no major “behind the walls” issues, so our additional costs were minimal and always optional. Any additional work, beyond the contract, was discussed, agreed upon, and put into writing before any work is done. In other words, there are no surprises with him.Lastly, Brad is very passionate about his work. You can tell when someone loves what they do, and Brad loves to help make your dreams become reality. Right from the moment we met him, we knew he was the man for the job. He gets really excited when we would throw around ideas and that enthusiasm really translates into the finished product.In the end, I highly recommended Bradshaw Builds. In fact, we referred him to my friend’s parents and, after seeing our place, they decided to hire him as well.

We hired Bradshaw Builds team to do a main floor renovation which included removal of all interior walls to give us an open concept floor plan. He built us beautiful custom kitchen, enlarging the whole space that looked so small with walls. It took his team 3 months to give us our dream home. It was definitely worth the wait. We had them back to do our master ensure washroom. He recommended a curb less shower which is so beautiful. I highly recommend the Bradshaw Builds team. They are honest, reliable and overall amazing

We used Brad and his team to do a complete 1400 sq ft unfinished basement from start to finish. We could not have been happier with the outcome.
