Bought a vehicle just over 2 years ago and now I need a new engine because of a known problem now got to pay over 8000$. I bought it with 20000km and only has 60606. Ford dealers aren't very honest or care about people's safety if they put out a product that they know will breakdown. I recommend getting anything from anywhere but dont buy a vehicle from here. I'll be putting videos online for updates and so everyone is aware to stay away from Ford

The Dealership was good waiting over 3 hours to get a code which cost 150$ to have a key cut from Ford Canada then have to leave the truck and come back later just not time I ha e to burn.

I have an older Lincoln suv that I bring in when necessary to Ed Learn’s where I always receive excellent customer service - from maintenance work done satisfactorily and timely - to being provided with a Lincoln loaner for work. I find the staff here are friendly and knowledgeable and take their time explaining things so I never feel rushed. Overall - a great experience!

I will always give this place a big fat 0. they don't care about customers. I'm not sure why they want to be so bad.. I would stay away from this place. the paint on my truck is still messed up they come care. the truck is sold to me now beat it. That's how I feel. any chance I can give them a 0 I will. they had a bunch of chances to make it right. many many chances. Ford Canada should look in to this place. Shut them down.

Very frustrated, been trying for 7Months to have a problem with my heated seat repaired. They’ve had my car in the shop six times and still not fixed. Yesterday I had an appointment which was made two weeks ago and they were unable to honour it because apparently “paying customers” come before warranty issue customers.
