Stop forcing the cashiers to offer a rewards card to every customer every time they go in because the cashier doesn't want to do it and are continually rude to customers about it. I'm not going to your store to deal with cashiers with an attitude because the store needs to push a rewards card.

Nice people working here, but it is poorly managed--at least the pharmacy--and the retail section is over-priced. I go here because it's in the neighborhood, but nearly every time I pick up a prescription they're not ready, even though I show up after the time they told me to come back. This poor management shows a definite disrespect to customers that I've rarely ever experienced at other pharmacies.

Big shout out to Marley and Karen for going above and beyond to help me on a recent visit to Hamilton. My son James was hit by a car on March 31st. Being from Sault Ste Marie and battling cancer I did finally get to come see my son. I extended my visit and realized I did not have enough medication with me. Marley worked with my Dr in the Soo and Karen delivered it AFTER work. Thank you girls for your excellent customer service. So appreciative

Not busy. Know regular Pharmacy clients well. Prices higher on most items compared to Shoppers Drug Mart. Got a great deal on socks. Have dropped Air Miles & now have a new rewards card. Cashier personable.

Use to be my main pharmacy and was fine then but live now in another area

All the pharmacists here but one woman are completely incompetent. Yell over you when talking to them over the phone. Do not listen to the question you're asking. When you get into the building you're made to wait an extra 20 minutes after being told your prescription is ready.This rexall has let me down everytime.Pathetic male stuff behind it pharmacy.

Dont go here. The head pharmacist is nice but the rest of the staff is highly unorganized, often takes more them 30 min for a script. Rude and sometimes forgets to fax the doctor. One time was given someone elses medicine. Kept changing another medicine of mine because they forgot to order it. This place is a complete headache. Puts you on hold for long times on the phone. Gives you generic medicine and not tell you they given generic brand. When they forget to order your product they try blame it on you, meanig you could literally be going there for or 5 times for something and to never get it.

This pharmacy is without a doubt the worst pharmacy ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with.I went to get an over the counter medication they told me it would be available in two days.I went back two days later,They didn't have it.The pharmacist started giving me excuses of one kind or another,but finally said that the product was on backorder.They then assured me it would be in stock four days later.Like an idiot i went back four days later.Do you think they had what i needed?No.The pharmacist then suggested they had the generic version.At that moment I realized this person had no idea what they were talking about.I informed them there was no generic version, only the brand name product existed. Wow, these people are dispensing potentially fatal medications with inept knowledge.I truly hope they don't cause anyone harm due to their lack of knowledge.Ill never go back and i hope they are shutdown. The pharmacist should,in all cases know more about medications than the customer.Disgraceful

Friendly and reliable service. Pharmacy's wait time reflects how busy it is with local customers. Sales are often very good, and a wide range of products.

Over priced and my medication is rarely ready when I walk in even when I called 3 hours ahead! One extra star for the congenial cashier. They really need to figure out the standard rates for their standard products.They are not in an affluent neighbour and its sleazy to mark up inventory in a lower income hood.
