Had my mattress cleaned Sept 17/19. He(the owner) came over 1 hour passed the time scheduled. But he did a good job. Paid by credit card. Didn't realized until today that he didn't charge my card until today. A little late. Because of the lateness of both time and charge I will never use this company again.

Would not recommend these guys. Had them booked for 8:30 and NO show. I had to call to find out what was going on. Booked for the following day at 8:30 and once again NO SHOW. No phone call, heard nothing. Very unprofessional & horrible customer service.

Brad offers a fabulous service! He picked up my wool area carpet on the day he said he would and delivered it back on the day he promised. The carpet is now clean and looks great!

We've been using Final Touch for over 18 yrs and would highly recommend the quality of cleaning they do from carpet cleaning, area rug and upholstery. They now offer Furnace Cleaning which we had done too...WOW what a difference. I appreciate the thoroughness of their work and friendly service and prefer a business who does not rush through the job just to get to their next appnt and in turn have no issues if running late, its no different than waiting a drs office or having someone come for repairs to your home. In fact, I think I would be Leary of those companies that show up and leave exactly on time. I would always be wondering if they rushed the job just to get to the next. Where's the quality in that?
