Took our Subaru to Diversified with what appeared to be a major engine problem. Within a day, the crew had diagnosed an obscure minor issue and had it repaired at a very reasonable cost. Very happy with the service there and would recommend to others.

Poor management here. The guy running this shop is no good and very unprofessional. Stay far far away unless you want your time wasted. They also seem to discriminate against females here judging by previous reviews.

Whenever my vehicle needs work or I think something is wrong I take it to Diversified, even if it's across the city. Time and time again they provide fast, honest service and debrief you on everything that has been fixed. On one occasion I thought I needed a new alternator, but it turned out the cables to my battery just needed to be replaced. They found this out by doing complementary tests on my battery and alternator to figure out the problem. The price went from being a couple hundred to a couple 20's. I was so impressed with their honesty and professionalism to do the right work even if it meant less revenue.

I came to Diversified with an extremely tight budget and a very expensive repair needing to be done. They did everything they could help keep the bill below my max budget and they also identified another problem and repaired it while there (saving me another 4.5 hour job in the future) They even drove me home and picked me up from work when the car was done. The folks at Diversified will forever have my business and I will send everyone I know there. Outstanding and amazing!

I've been taking my vehicle(s) here for 15+ years. I've had a lot of work done here and everything is always explained to me in a way I can actually understand! If I've ever had issues with anything they are quick to resolve the problem. A few weeks back I had a wheel bearing changed but I kept hearing a noise. Frustrated, I went back and they quickly told me that part was under warranty and I was back on the road in no time. Really appreciate the service.

Have to say I feel very taken advantage of and was not even going to post anything and then I thought I need others to know to get a quote in writing. Took my 64 olds in to get the gas gauge fixed. First time charged me $147.75, worked for about a day or two. Took in back they called me and said they would need to run new wiring. Charged me $510.06....worked about 3 days, I was frustrated called back spoke to Dave and he said to bring in back and they would MAKE IT RIGHT" so I did

Got a service done here a while back. They did a great job and had great customer service as well. On top of that, they were less than half the cost of what the dealer quoted. Highly recommend.
