Making an appointment saves a lot of time. Staff are friendly and the blood letting is painless.

First thing in the morning 45-minute walk in time. Earliest available appointment I could book was a week away so I thought I'd try the walk in option which was a huge waste of my time since it's unacceptable to wait 45 min or longer. I spoke with the individual at the front desk and asked her how long would the wait be if I were to book an appointment. I was told it could still be a 20 minute wait because they book three patients to one time slot to one technician. This is very inefficient and is inconvenient. I'm not sure if all locations are like this but I think this is something they definitely need to correct. If you book an appointment you should be in and out in a timely manner that's the whole point of booking an appointment.

They seem to be competent as far as drawing blood goes, but both times I went to them they failed to send the results to my doctor. This time, I called three days ahead of my doctor's appointment to ask if they had sent them. They assured me that they had but, in fact, they had not as I discovered today when I went in for my doctor appointment. The doctor's office tried for an hour and a half to contact them but they would not answer the phone. I had the same experience when I called and had to actually go to the laboratory to ask them. The doctor advised me that, since dynacare took over two other laboratories in town, their services have become terrible.

Makes getting blood taken a little easier. Never feels more then a pinch (I have had a couple bad experiences in hospitals so I am slightly nervous now).It can be busy here for walk-ins. A couple times were less than 10 minutes. One time (after 4:30) took an hour. Another was supposed to be 45 min but only took 25.

Great experience here. It was my first time and I found it a pleasant experience. The place was spotless. My appointment was maybe 30 seconds late.. so again it was an awesome experience. My blood test did not hurt, the nurse was very quick. She also did a good job of talking during the needle part and I appreciate that!! The booking system is easy and straight forward online as well. Great location, nice and close to some Louisiana fried chicken after you finish your fasting you can stuff your face there.

One person working over an hour wait just after opening! That's crazy. Hate all the small labs closed, now we have no choices. Hirer more staff.
