Disappointing experience.Paid 100$ for a hairstylist to tell me she’ll be unable to dry my hair because it’ll take too much time which resulted in frizzy semi-curls. She also didn’t listen to what I needed (she didn’t bother asking too, she just put me on the chair and started working). I had told her “you’ll see that my hair is extremely curly when you’ll wash it”. She brushed me off cause my hair was straightened when I arrived. When she saw my curls forming while washing my hair, she said “oh wow ok, you’re hair is very curly!” Yup. That’s what I said.I also specified that I needed my curls to be defined for an special work occasion, but I had to fix my hair when I got home. I also didn’t feel welcomed at all. Nancy was the only one who greeted me warmly whereas I was stared down by everyone else included my hairstylist. She almost seemed annoyed.I also got a terrible reaction from the nourishing cream that I bought from their line.Such a shame because I’ve been struggling to find a curl specialist for years and really wanted to support this salon with Nancy’s passion.Needless to say, I found another hairdresser who styles my curls beautifully at a different salon.

Esther understood my hair better than I ever did ; I always thought that I had thick coily hair but she understood that I had thin coily hair and I left her chair with the softest hair I ever had. They were hydrated and shiny and I instantly fell in love with my own hair.Thank you Esther ❣️And thank you Nancy for creating a salon for people with hair like mine.And thank you Gaston for being the custest dog to ever dog.

Bianca was the sweetest! She took her time to make sure it was done well and we had such lovely conversation. She had so much knowledge on curly hair and made me feel so pretty. This is definitely my go to hair salon and hair dresser :)

It’s incredible when you ask a specific treatment, and it doesn’t go through….Hard hearing the customer I guess.Left there with super dry hair and much shorter then when I’ve walked in.Training your stuff to listen to their clients, would be beneficial.Waste of time and money.Never again.

Great experience! I went to twist and to cut the ends on my 4c hair. The hairdresser manipulated my hair so delicately. She washed and conditioned my hair before styling it. Provided some helpful advice throughout the appointment. It did not hurt once! The team is nice and the vibe of the salon is great. 10/10 recommand!

I have Bianca as my hairdresser and she is absolutely amazing -very knowledgeable, talented, warm, and kind! The salon environment is very wholesome as well. Highly recommend :)

I love this salon so much!I started coming after transitioning my chemically straightened hair to its natural state for the first time since I was child. Nancy gave me tips on how to care for my tight curls and suggestions for maintenance that have significantly improved my overall hair health.I also have three different curl patterns (some very tight and others loose) which makes traditional haircuts difficult and often unbalanced, but Nancy knew exactly how to even out the cut so that my hair looked good in its curly state.Most recently, I started getting my hair coloured and I am so happy with how great it looks. Nancy set realistic expectations and used a mild lightener to achieve my desired results while preventing hair damage.The other hair stylists and receptionist are always friendly as well. Can’t recommend this salon enough!

For me and my daughter Nicolle Golding is the best! Sweet, professional, listen to what we want and give us some advices how to keep our hair healthy!

I went in for a haircut. Honestly, it’s a really nice place, friendly and vibrant staff. My hairdresser was very considerate. She knew it was my first time at the salon and explained to me everything she was about to do. She also clarified with me what I wanted. Overall, very good customer service. However, the only downside is the price. For the price I paid, I thought I would have received much more. I went there because I wanted a cut that took my waves into consideration. Maybe it was my mistake and I should have just stuck with the regular salons. I’ll be possibly going back for their other services but sadly won’t go for another cut. After checking the prices, I realized that for a few dollars more, I could have received another service on top of that. I would have thought the hairdresser would have mentioned that, sadly no. It would have been more worth it but just for the cut, sadly no.

I got my hair cut and styled in a twist out with her products! And I can’t believe how Ahmazing it looked! I got so many compliments and I felt so beautiful. I bought the product, cause I can’t imagine not looking this. Thank you so much for this cut and style. Nancy you’re so good at your craft. Thank you! I’m a natural girl now
