3 times confirming my Identity because an Uber ride was deemed as Suspicious’ after I’ve used it countless times before for Lyft and Uber.Customer service doesn’t help at all they made me FAX a copy of my bank statement to prove my address. Then 2 weeks later I’ve heard nothing still, I call and they screw me around. I don’t suggest this Card, they give me and everyone I know nothing but troubles, you could save yourself the headache with a different card.

The cooked bunch of something! Swears included. Paid my balance on the date I said I would and this includes 350 in over limit fees. And what did CAPITAL ONE do....yup cut off my card. I will never do business with liers and crooks. Shame on you all! Avaid capital zero at all costs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This company is rude and worthless . I have a positive balance on my card and won't close the account and take off my credit report and send me back my money . If I owe them money they charge 25.6 percent but Extort and rob my money and give 0 percent.

My card was stolen its 9pm trying to call the office to report it. Select the option for lost card it rings twice then says the office is closed to call back during regular business hours. All while I'm getting notifications of my card being used

They have outsourced their customer service team to Costa Rica and overseas. They pay them $1 an hour. You get what you pay for. Just had the rudest encounter with Capital One's customer service. When i asked the person who barely spoke English for their badge number, they laughed and hung up on me. I called at 10:06 am on January 24, 2023. When i asked to speak to a manager, the person on the phone stated the manager will not help you." I am cancelling all my products from Capital One and i will return when you start showing customers some respect. Which judging by your ratings

I will pay the balance and never use the card again. How can someone else make my account get block. Customer Service just place you on hold to hang up. Clearly, there is not sensitive training done to be an agent of CSR. I will take back the security deposit since one of the agent told me that I will receive a check for the amount. There are other unsecured cards, so imma go over there. No thank you to Capital One.

Have had a capital one secured card for nearly three years, initially was 300$ and I provided an additional $700 in security funds when the card was opened. Have renewed yearly fees three years and have built my credit report with numerous other cards all with higher limits than at capital one, and capital one still seems to think I am not capable of managing credit to return security funds and begin lending. Capital one hostages their clients funds and does not provide credit to people. My account was closed today as the funds cannot be tied up any longer. The point of a CREDIT card is to provide credit to consumers. Not hostage peoples money. I paid $59 a year for three years to spend my own money and received nothing from this company. A disgraceful company. DO NOT GET A CAPITAL ONE SECURED CARD!!! Balance was paid in full and never paid a cent in interest for the entire three years. Beware of this fraudulent company!!!

i am dreaming of the day i can cancel my account and fire capital one. Customer service is a disease at best. Caring about their customers and their needs is a horrific joke. They send you cards that are constant physical problems. When you make your payments thats another headache that will either send you to the doctors or make you consume large quantities of alcohol. And dont ask how long they take to update your credit file either. you will be lift in agony pain and tears of disgust. Oh forgot. asking for a manager is a miracle. i swear they hide and the call takers are told to screen and put you on hold until you hang up. as for the call centres. yea im convinced they are in a country none of us have heard of. once i get a proper offer of a real credit card ill sound like donald trump next time i talk to capital one YOUR FIRED...

Capital One was the only FI that was able to offer me credit when I was going through a tough financial period many years ago. I was able to start rebuilding my credit almost immediately after filing a proposal. Many years later, I have an amazing credit score and multiple cards carrying 0 balance. As a card holder, I've had no issues using the card and making payments, however, the customer service is tremendously horrid.My card had recently expired and I received no renewal in the mail. I had to call Capital One 5 times. Yes, F-I-V-E times to rectify this situation and get a card mailed to me. After several months of waiting, calling, being issued a new card, it not arriving and calling again, I finally received my card. I can confirm this was not a postal delivery issue - they simply were not issuing me the card correctly on their end. Their customer service department clearly needs to be repatriated back onshore as the agents are phenomenally useless. I was told repeatedly that they had fixed whatever glitch" or "flag" was causing my card to not get mailed out only to discover it had not been resolved.I also called to inquire about why I could not add my card to Google Pay only to be sent on a goose chase again. I was told multiple times to contact "Google Pay Support" until I finally received acknowledgement that they're no longer affiliated with Google Pay
