TERRIBLE SERVICE. We went there for purchase of items for a value of over $2.5K.Two clerks called Emmy and Jessika were helping us to pay.To start we waited for 30 minutes to be able to pay and then after paying I noticed they overcharged us for about 5%!!!It took another 1 hour to do the full refund!!!!She even didn’t apologized for their mistakes and keeping us there for 1.5 hour!! For a service that usually takes 5 minutes!!!SO DISAPPOINTED. Will never go back there

Ordered 3 outdoor lamps online, the status of my order is still waiting for transporter to pick up. Called the store on multiple occasions they don't answer or call back. I've called customer service also multiple times, they have no information either. I went on-site to pointe Claire store, was told a manager would call me back, 3 days later I have still not received a response or my package. I never got a phone call back, but I finally received my package after 3 weeks!!!

I went to buy some light bulbs and Halloween decorations, and the lady who helped me by letting me in on a sale happening the next day was tremendous! So I bought my bulbs and came back the next day for the best sale. When I went to use my native status card at the register he first time was great, the young man who just started just had to call the manager and it was entered. Easy! The second day the lady told me they didn't take it and I have to go to customer service, so I had to insist a few times before she got help, then they asked me where I live and photocopied my ID and my card and the cashier rolled her eyes a few times and made checking out a terrible experience.

I am a contractor I always used to go there but recently I don't because they have no buggies and the ones they have are old rusty and hard to push my job is hard enough. Complained many times but excuses excuses.. what a shame something that could easily be fixed...

They do not accept return of an item even though receipt said all the items accepted during 90 days period. Apparently somewhere on a website there is a list of exceptions which I supposed to check before buying an item. Obviously when I was buying that item nobody said a word that it is not returnable. And staff is talking to customers like you own them. didnt even said sorry. Horrible service. I would go to Home depot in the future.

Sometimes these big box stores drop the ball or there’s little help for you. But this time RD in pointe-claire responded so well to an issue.Azmira, Marilyn, Amine, and Isabelle plus a few others behind the service counter were very patient and helpful and concluded my issue super well.

Avoid at all cost!Received a craftsman chainsaw as a gift used it first 10 min died will not start called craftsman they told me call reno where itWas purchased in cash called reno tokd to bring it in they will send for repairWaited over 90 mins for someone to talk to me the store director was great told staff send it for service had to give bill as well as government id i will never shop Rona Reno go to home depot better sevice
