Do not bank here.After having multiple issues with WSCU then Prospera over the years, my strata finally closed our account with them. We were told by three different representatives that our automatic withdrawals for owners monthly fees would be cancelled since the account was closed. However, the transactions went through, taking money from our owners. We asked why this happened and where the money went, and they didn't know why it happened but that the money should be back in our accounts in two business days. It's been two days and we haven't received our money back.Be very weary of what they tell you because they will probably do the opposite.

As a long time client I was excited to have a closer branch. One representative and no one ahead of me in line after waiting 15 min without any kind of acknowledgment I walked out. Very disappointed.

Sad to see that WSCU sold out to these guys. WSCU was 5 Star, this place i have to give it 1Star due to the phone service. Terrible attitude and condescending replies and responses. Im sure other people that have called in 2022 know what im talking about smh

Do not like the new location at Clarke road. This is supposed to be a community credit Union and this does not feel like a community CU at all. In fact it was very foreign entering the credit union today. Parking was horrendous as we couldn't find any around and had to park illegally at the Safeway side. Considering leaving this CU and going to Vancity. Doesn't seem like this credit Union wants to be part of a community and has removed itself from it. Very sad. Lastly, there was only a nylon Banner hanging at the entrance indicating that it was prospera.. that's embarrassing.
