Amazing gym, trained with the owner Paul for three years now. I first visited Paul after tearing an ACL and breaking a leg. Paul set a thorough recovery program for me that has helped me get back to playing sports and helped my overall health.

So I'll be honest here, Paul's a real good friend of mine and I don't want to sound bias but, if your intention is to lose fat off your body, gain better mobility, gain more muscle mass, prepare for physically enduring sports, look and feel great then visit this place. I'm not lying, he has pictures of me after having him as my personal trainer for 3 months and the result is clear as day. He helped me trim off fat, gain better shoulder mobility because it really needed improvement (it was bad), and gained a good amount of muscle mass. He helped me achieve the goals I wanted and I know he'll help achieve yours. It never hurts to try and if you're skepitcal just talk to anyone who's gone here or the man himself, he'll show you.

Paul is very methodical in his approach to training, strength and development, and maintaining the motivation needed towards realizing your goals. The thing I'll always appreciate about Paul's approach to coaching and training is his emphasis on collaborating with you every step of the way, his willingness to tailor each and every session or workout to your specific needs, and his genuine determination to make the process one about fun, success, and achievement day in, day out. I love the vibe at Limitless, there's a lot of great people that want to be a part of this rewarding atmosphere, and together, they've created an awesome and welcoming environment I'll always want to be a part of!

Paul set me up for success. He taught me best practices during my workouts to optimize my time and avoid injury. If it weren’t for Paul I would never have developed the confidence to explore my physical potential. Thanks for being so supportive! Best gym in town.

Great gym to be apart of. Trainers and members are always working hard and very energetic. Definitely always motivated when seeing other gym members work so hard to achieve their goals. Gym is always kept neat and clean. There are a lot of high quality gym equipment to play with as well. Would highly recommend this gym to anybody.

Paul and his team are always innovating to find the best exercises to help you achieve your goal. Have been working with him for about 5 years now and I am always impressed with Paul’s HIIT workouts and his strength and conditioning programs for various baseball, hockey, basketball and soccer teams.Its refreshing to see someone using movement science to help their clients reach their goals instead of giving them a one size fits all program. 10/10 would recommend.

Great place to work out with a great environment and wonderful staff and equipment. Whether an athlete or just trying to get in shape Paul and the rest of the staff have a great fitness program for any person at any level. Would recommend for anyone trying to workout/lose weight or rehab any injury they had, definetly one of the best gyms in the area.

Paul is an amazing trainer/motivator and has such a positive impact on the kids he works with. The gym has a great vibe and teaches far more than strength, agility and fitness. Both of my son's were lucky to work with Paul during their baseball training seasons.

It is a very professional environment with very skilled and educated trainers who want to see you succeed more than you want it yourself. Limitless has helped me far beyond what I could ever expect and I cannot wait to get back working with Paul and his crew!

My experience at limitless was an incredible .,I trained with Paul. Paul helped me regain mobility after shoulder surgery. He really taught me the core concepts of stability, strength, posture, and mindfulness during our workouts. He was incredibly patient, professional with me. All the trainers at limitless are top notch.Great music too!
