Regal House Cleaning

Had my entire apartment cleaned prior to moving out and they did a wonderful job. They were professional and efficient. 10/10

Look for another company. We have a small 3 bedroom bungalow (1000sqft) that we paid Aman to clean weekly. Other than the first couple of visits, the work was mediocre at best. My wife and I both work long hours and are happy to pay a company so we don't have to worry about general cleaning when we are home. That was never the case with Aman's company. Appliances were not dusted on top, table and cabinet glass surfaces were not cleaned/dusted, ceiling fan and picture frame tops not dusted, etc. Other than vacuuming, the cleaning was always hit and miss. We would complain to Aman (we complained multiple times), and things might be better for the next visit, but it never lasted. Aman never spoke to us in person or came to our house to see what we were complaining about. She fired" us as a client when we would only pay 50% for the last visit instead of working with us to see the validity of our complaint. Don't bother with Regal Cleaning unless you are there to supervise the job yourself."

We've had three different janitorial companies in four years at our 265 unit condo complex. Aman and Peter's team are absolute rock stars in quality of service. An absolute relief!Their responsiveness via text and email is punctual, prompt and on point. They've gone above and beyond on multiple occasions.Take my advice and do three things:1. Sign them to a contract.2. Treat them fair - they deserve it.3. Kick up your feet and relax - they deserve your trust.

I can honestly say I don’t think my house has ever looked or smelled so good! I am so thankful and so impressed by their attention to detail!

Regal did an outstanding job of cleaning my apartment! The place was a wreck but they were very professional and thorough. Booking was easy. We received plenty of follow up emails, and the staff was very attentive to our needs.
